What functions does the group menu have?

Create a group in Redmenta! In this brief overview, you will learn how to create a group and the settings included in it.
The Groups menu is where you create groups and manage their settings. For example, you can create groups for your class or for a specific learning community. It’s important to note that only registered users, i.e. those with a Redmenta account, can be added to groups. You can access the Groups menu from the menu bar in the header.
To create a group, click the 'Create New Group' button and enter a group name.
You can create a group using the 'Add Group' button and click on the card of the newly created group to configure additional settings.
You can access the group settings via the 'Manage' button. Here you can find:
Jumper code for automatically generated groups (cannot be modified)
Group members (and their input fields)
Group Leader (and its input fields)
You can add group members here, but if you send the group's jumper code, students can apply to join the group themselves. If there are members waiting for approval, they will be displayed in the 'Members waiting for approval' area.
You can continuously add new members to the group and remove previously added users.
To change the group name, click the 'Edit' button. There is also a trash can icon next to the 'Edit' button. You can use this to permanently delete the group if you no longer need it.

What are the advantages of groups?

When you share a worksheet with a group, you don’t have to individually send out a jumper code/link to everyone or assign authors to the worksheet one by one. Simply assign the worksheet to a group and it will immediately appear within the group, making it accessible to group members (and the worksheet will also appear on their desktops).
You can specify separate authoring settings for each group on a worksheet. For example, if you share the same worksheet with two groups, but one group takes the test in the morning and the other group takes the test in the afternoon, you can enter separate completion dates and exact times for the two groups.
The Results menu also lists group members who did not create a worksheet.
