What is a table view?
Table view is a very useful feature that shows what all learners have done (submitted) for a particular worksheet in a concise, easy-to-read table format.
Table View - Overview tab displays the following submission information separately for each learner:
The name of the person who created the worksheet.
How many times has the worksheet been completed?
Group (the group the respondent belongs to)
Evaluation (feedback or score depending on evaluation settings)
Percentage achieved
Earned points
Maximum score in worksheet
Start time (when the author started the worksheet)
Time taken to write (from start to submission)
The table view feature makes it much easier to see the results at a glance. With this feature, you can view the data in a table format with just one click, without having to click on each respondent individually to check the results.
Clicking the 'Not Completed' tab in the Table View will show you who has shared the worksheet with individuals or group members but has not yet completed it.
The 'Summary by Tasks' tab displays the maximum points and actual points earned for each task.
Here, each assignment is displayed as a separate column, with the maximum score and the actual scores earned by students displayed underneath that assignment.
This allows you to easily compare and analyze which tasks were performed well and which were performed poorly .
Now that you know more about the table view feature, take advantage of this handy tool!
You will be able to see your students' results at a glance in an easy-to-view and read format!
