How does the sharing feature work?

Share your worksheets with your students so everyone can easily find the worksheets they need. Find out what types of sharing are available here!
Access the sharing settings from the Share page of your worksheet!
You can share your worksheets with a simple jumper code, QR code, or link, or specify who can access the content. For the latter, you can choose from four options: Only me, Specific people, All Redmenta users, and Everyone on the Internet.
If you're curious about how the different sharing levels work, click here!
By default, worksheets are set to private, meaning that only you and those you designate as collaborators can see them. If you are still working on the worksheet or if everyone has already completed it and you want to limit visibility, you should select the private sharing level.
In other cases, you may want to share the worksheet with specific groups and/or individuals, or make it available to others (unspecified groups and individuals). In the second scenario, you can choose the sharing level of 'All Redmenta users' or 'Everyone on the Internet'.
After you choose your sharing level, the easiest way to send your worksheet to students is via a jumper code or link. Or, you can share it with one click on Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams.
Once you select one of the four options, you can back out at any time. Simply click the 'Cancel' button and the settings will be reset to the default. The worksheet will become private again, visible only to you (and your collaborators).
