How to share a worksheet with someone

If you want to know how to share your worksheets with others, here's all the information you need!
When sharing with people, you can add anyone from your registered Redmenta users to the share by name or username. To do this, go to the worksheet's Share page (on desktop, there's a button at the bottom of each worksheet card; click it and select the appropriate page from the list).
Once you enter the sharing page, you can choose the sharing level that best suits you. Under the sharing level you selected, you will see an interface where you can add groups and non-group users. When you share a worksheet with multiple people, you cannot adjust the entry settings individually for each person. Instead, everyone you share with will have the same entry settings. However, if you share with a group, you can set unique entry settings for each group (to do this, click the gear icon next to the group).
You can specify whether a person should be a Learner , Observer or Collaborator . By default, the person added is set to Learner. Redmenta Plus subscribers can change this to Observer or Collaborator . Observer can see the results of the completed worksheet, Collaborator can edit the worksheet and has the permission to view the results as well as modify them.
To define this role, you need to either add your colleagues to the worksheet share or add them to the Add Collaborators field. In the latter case, you can add collaborators who are allowed to fill out the form by entering their names/usernames. This is useful when you want to keep the worksheet share level private but give collaborators editing rights. In this case, the visibility of the worksheet will remain private, but collaborators will still have access to the worksheet.
Worksheets shared with people are visible on that person's Desktop . Worksheets shared with a group are visible within that group .
