This is a feature that allows you to download worksheet results in the form of a simple Excel document. Let’s take a look at how to use it.
Excel Export is a useful feature of Redmenta that allows you to download the result data for a specific worksheet to your device in Excel file format (.xlsx) . Using the received file, you can freely perform various additional statistical analyses or data processing in the familiar Excel program.

📥 How do I export?

You can use the Excel export function from the [Evaluation] menu in the worksheet . You can export the file to the following location:
(Image location as described here — e.g. click Excel Export button in Evaluation menu)
The Excel spreadsheet contains all the data that can be viewed in Redmenta's Table View.
However, since the data is provided in an editable format in this file, users can quickly and easily perform additional calculations or statistical operations right here.
Within the Excel file, the ' Overview ' sheet displays the following written information separately for each student:
The name of the person who created the worksheet.
How many times has the worksheet been completed?
Group (the group the respondent belongs to)
Evaluation (feedback or score depending on evaluation settings)
Percentage achieved
Earned points
Maximum score in worksheet
Start time (when the author started)
Time taken to write (from start to submission)
In addition to 'Overview', other Excel sheets are included,
These
additional sheets are available for download only to Redmenta subscribers .
One of the great benefits of the subscription is the detailed Excel Export feature, which is very useful.
So below I will only describe the sheets that are available to subscribers only:
When you click on the 'Not filled' sheet,
You can see who has shared the worksheet with individuals or group members but has not yet filled it out.
The ' Summary by tasks' sheet shows the maximum points and actual points earned for each task.
Each task is represented by a separate column,
Below that column, the maximum score for that assignment is displayed along with the actual scores students earned.
This allows you to easily compare and analyze well-performed and poorly-performed tasks.
In the detailed Excel export, you also:
You can also select only specific tasks and save them to a separate spreadsheet.
