The time limit for solving a worksheet is determined by the editor of the worksheet. The time limit is displayed above the Start button before you begin and is expressed in minutes.
As you write, the remaining time is displayed by a timer in the upper right corner.
If the Start button doesn't display a time limit to complete the worksheet, that means there is no time limit for solving the assignment.
