The Preview page of your worksheet allows you to customize a variety of settings before sharing it with your students. This article will walk you through the different options available and how to configure them. Whether you create your worksheet manually or with AI assistance, you’ll see the final settings in the Preview menu before sharing them with your students. If you use an AI assistant to create your work, you’ll be taken to this page right after you create your worksheet.
On the Preview page, you can click the Settings icon to find several customization options. These settings allow you to control how students use the worksheet.
First, you can choose the current mode - whether you are viewing the worksheet as a teacher or as a student. This allows you to check the worksheet from different perspectives and make sure everything is set up correctly before sharing. To change, click the arrow and select the view mode you want.
You can structure your worksheet around the following key elements:
Worksheet mode You can choose how students receive feedback on their performance (e.g., immediately or in a gamified way). Learn more about Worksheet Mode here!
Grading Criteria and Percentage Evaluation You can set grading criteria to evaluate student responses. For more information about grading criteria, see here, and for more information about setting percentage grading, see here.
Writing Settings You can customize how students complete the worksheet by adjusting the following:

Accessibility – Define when students can begin completing the worksheet.
•
Time Limit – Set a time limit for completion.
•
Number of Attempts – Set the number of times a student can attempt the worksheet.
•
Answer Visibility – Determine whether correct answers are displayed immediately, after submission, or only after approval.
•
Issue Order – Choose whether the issues appear in a fixed or random order.
•
Show points while working – Determines whether students can see the maximum points for their work while working on the worksheet.
•
Prevent Backtracking – Prevents students from going back to previous sections after a page break.

By default, sharing settings are set to private, so you can share them with your students by clicking the settings icon:
