What is Instructor Approval? (Explanation for Teachers)

Haven't heard of the instructor approval feature? If so, check it out now! This short guide will give you everything you need to know in a concise manner.
Instructor approval is a necessary step to finalize the results, and can be done in the [Assessment] menu. Before approval, you can check the answers submitted by the student, review the auto-grading results or AI-generated feedback, or modify the given score.
Once the teacher has approved the assignment, the finalized result will be available to the student. Of course, the approval can still be changed after finalisation, in which case click on the Undo button.
Instructor approval can be done at any time, there is no time limit. Also, if you are confident enough in the automatic grading results, you do not need to check or correct all the answers yourself (e.g., for multiple choice questions, automatic grading is based on the answer sheet provided by the teacher, so you do not need to check again). In this case, you can use the [Approve All] button.
In most cases, it is also a good idea to check the submitted worksheet yourself. After you have checked the solution and the score, approve the worksheet. This will make it easier to navigate the submitted worksheet.
Each completion status (Started, Submitted, Approved) is indicated by a different color. For your convenience, the color is displayed next to the name of the person who completed it.
If a student has completed an assignment multiple times, the number of worksheets completed will also be colored accordingly (blue for started, yellow for submitted, green for approved).
