How to use AI assistants and create conversational content

Redmenta uses AI to create engaging worksheets and other useful materials for students. Let’s learn how!
What is an AI Assistant?
Redmenta has a variety of AI assistants that help you create educational and learning content. Each assistant is designed to help with specific, time-consuming tasks, such as creating personalized student activities. These assistants can create:
Test Worksheets
Gamified quiz
Role Playing Games
Problem-based activities to suit a variety of curricula
Interactive worksheets for 1:1 tutoring with students
There are also other types of assistants, including:
Lesson Plan
Adjust text difficulty
Write an email
Other administrative tasks
First: Visit the Assistant Hub page on your desktop
When you log in to Redmenta and are on desktop (in the feed), you will see
the AI Assistant menu at the top of the page . Clicking on it will take you to Assistant's Hub, where you can find all your assistants in one place.
In the Assistants Hub, you can browse through different categories, such as subjects, learning objectives, skills, or tasks. Clicking on a category will display the relevant assistants.
Choose the assistant that best suits your educational goals: Clicking “Chat with Assistant” will take you to a page where you can provide the AI with all the information it needs.
After you select an assistant, you can further customize the settings by selecting a specific curriculum. If you want to align the generated worksheets to a national curriculum, this option is recommended. You can select the country, subject, student level, and instruction language.
If you do not need to align to a national curriculum, you can proceed with the general settings and still select subjects, student levels, and worksheet languages.
You can then add any specific input information that your assistant requires, such as learning materials or task difficulty, into the fields shown. These inputs vary from assistant to assistant and depend on the worksheet you are creating. If you are not sure what to enter, click the "Suggest Me" button for examples.
You can also click the Attach button to upload images, documents, audio, or videos for the AI to reference.
After you’ve provided all the required information, click the Start Chat button. This will open a chat interface where you can interact with your AI assistant. The assistant can either create a draft of your worksheet right away or ask you a few questions to customize the content first. Think of it as having a conversation with someone – discuss your ideas with the assistant and it will adjust the content to your needs.
The AI assistant will generate an outline. The outline is just a draft of the worksheet! You can chat with the AI to adjust it. For example, you can ask for a different type of work or a more difficult version of the worksheet. You can also manually edit the outline yourself by clicking the "Edit" button.
After you've fully customized your worksheet, click the "Bring it to life" button to convert it to a live worksheet.
Here you can turn your AI draft into a live worksheet that you can actually use. When you click “Bring it to life,” the assistant creates a live worksheet and takes you to a preview page where you can view and test the worksheet directly from the student’s perspective.
