What is a public task?

Create your own assignments and choose from public assignments to create truly diverse and high-quality worksheets! If you haven't heard of public assignments, you can learn all about their benefits here.
Public assignments are created by registered Redmenta users and are free to use, search, copy and edit.
Where can I find public assignments? At the bottom of the worksheet editor, you can search for previously created assignments, whether they are your own or public assignments. You can copy these assignments to the worksheet you are editing and modify them if you wish.
The important thing to note is that any new assignments you edit are public by default. This can be changed when editing the assignment. To make it private, click the 'Private Assignment' button.
Since assignments are public by default unless you change them, any assignments you create are automatically added to the Public Assignments library, where anyone can copy and use the assignments you create.
Always tag the assignments you edit so Redmenta users can find the content they need! Tags greatly contribute to the discoverability of your assignments, which is a huge benefit for both public and private assignments. This way, you can start a guided search with the relevant keywords you've set for your assignments, without having to go through them one by one. Always make sure you've entered relevant tags for keyword searches to work well! To learn more about tagging, see [here] (link not provided).
And if you're interested in how to copy an existing assignment, whether private or public, into the worksheet you're currently editing, click [here](link not provided).
