What are the sharing steps in a worksheet, and in what situations should I use each?

Are you wondering how to share your worksheets with your students? Check out the short guide below to see all the sharing steps in Redmenta at a glance.
Redmenta offers four sharing levels to choose from: Private, Specific People, All Redmenta Users, and Everyone on the Internet. These sharing levels can be found on the worksheet's sharing page.
By default, worksheets are private. This means that only you or those you have designated as collaborators on the worksheet can see it. This feature (private) should be selected when you are still working on the worksheet, or when everyone has already completed it and you want to cancel the publicity.
If you want to share the worksheet with only certain people, select the 'Specific people only' sharing step. With this setting, only the people or groups you add will be able to access and submit the worksheet. You can assign work to groups or to individual students. Here, you can specify different authoring settings for each group and each person you share the worksheet with.
You can also specify separate writing (completion) settings for different groups (e.g. if class A writes at 8am and class B writes at 10am, you can click the gear icon next to each group to set different times (or dates) for each group). This parameter can only be set when sharing is set to 'Specific people only'!
For individuals, the same authoring settings apply to each assigned member. That is, you cannot set them differently for each individual. The same authoring settings apply to users assigned in this way.
When you share a worksheet with 'All Redmenta users', it will also be added to the public worksheet library, where anyone can search and submit it. You can change this setting to make it accessible to everyone, or to make it accessible only with a jumper code, by changing the slider from 'Publicly searchable' to 'Jumper code only'. This sharing level is ideal if you don't want to specify groups or individuals individually.
With this setting, no one on the desktop will be able to see this content unless you add it yourself, such as 'Specific people only'. You can only find the worksheet by searching in the public worksheet library (search box in the header) or using jumper codes.
External sharing is also possible via Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, QR codes, etc.
If you choose the 'Everyone on the Internet' option, anyone can access the worksheet and make contributions without having to register with Redmenta. It is important to note that in this case there is no limit to the number of contributions (anyone can make contributions as many times as they want, at any time).
If a non-member wants to fill out a worksheet, they must enter their name before they begin. This is the name they will be identified by after they submit.
All authors must agree to Redmenta's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before starting. In this setting (unless a name/group is assigned), the worksheet will not appear on the desktop and will only be accessible via the search box in the header or the jumper code menu.
You can also give your colleagues editing rights (collaborators) and reviewers (reviewers) when sharing a worksheet with them. In this case, you can add your colleagues to the Share or 'Add Collaborators' field. In the second case, your colleagues can access the worksheet even if it is private. However, this feature is only available to Redmenta Plus users (the free version only allows sharing for submissions).
People with Observer permission can only view the submitted results, while those with Collaborator permission can both edit the worksheet and view the results. The user's role can be selected from the drop-down menu next to their name.
