Where can I evaluate students' submissions? (Assessment menu)

Are you curious about what the [Evaluation] menu does? Read this short guide and see what it has to offer!
Submitted worksheets and related data are located in the [Assessment] menu. This is the main screen where you can track submission status and check student answers.
The information you can check in the [Evaluation] menu is as follows:
All submissions for a specific activity area
Submission Date
Correctness rate and scores of submissions
Submission status (started, submitted, approved)
Time taken to complete
Students' answers
If you would like to check all submitted data at once, click the [Table View] button on the left. This will allow you to view all data in a table format without having to click on each student individually.
To evaluate a single student's submission, click on that student's name in the Student List.
Here you can review each student’s answers and provide feedback via scores, comments, stickers, or GIFs. Short-answer questions are automatically graded by the system, but you can also edit the scores yourself if needed. For descriptive questions (e.g. essays, creative boards, video recordings, etc.), you can ask the AI assistant to provide scores and feedback suggestions. Be sure to check the accuracy of the AI-generated assessments before sending them to your students.
AI also generates a summary of each student’s overall performance at the top of the page, which you can edit or rewrite as needed. After reviewing both the auto-graded short-answer questions and the AI-graded descriptive questions, click [Approve] to send all feedback and results.
IMPORTANT: Students will only see the final results after they click [Approve].
To ensure that all students receive the grades they deserve, results must be approved by the instructor.
