What information do I need to enter to use customized services?

The information you provide to Redmenta can be broadly divided into two categories. One is the information you provide when signing up for user identification (name, email address, password). The other is information that helps us understand your characteristics (persona). You can conveniently enter this information at any time on the 'Edit Profile' page (https://redmenta.com/en/user) .
Here you can choose whether you want to use Redmenta for learning purposes or for educational purposes.
For students, we only ask for their year of birth and type of course they are enrolled in.
However, for teachers, you can enter additional information (e.g., name of your organization, organization ID, name of person in charge, subject taught, and grade taught).
This information is essential for the AI assistant to generate content that is relevant to you. Based on this information, we provide you with personalized guidance and news on how to use Redmenta, and also inform you about upcoming features.
