How do I delete an assignment from a worksheet?
No longer need an assignment? Simply delete it! Learn how to delete an assignment here.
To delete an assignment from your worksheet, go to the Edit menu and hover your cursor over the assignment you want to delete. Here, you will see three buttons appear, one of which is the Delete button, which is indicated by a trash can icon. To delete an assignment, click the trash can.
The important thing to note is that this method only deletes the assignment from the worksheet, but once saved, all assignments become part of the tool set that is also saved to the repository. So if you want to delete an assignment permanently, not just from the worksheet, you can only do so from the repository menu.
If you want to permanently delete an assignment that is no longer needed, go to your repository, select the assignment, and delete it. Deleting an assignment will remove it from all worksheets it was previously included in, so it's important to always think carefully!
