The heavens declare the glory of God.
The firmament sheweth the work of his hands.
Day to day speaks, and night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, no words, no sound.
His voice goes out through all the earth, and his words to the ends of the world.
The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul.
The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart.
The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever.
The laws of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
(All together) More to be desired are they than gold, more than much pure gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. (7-10)
