Format template
Check layers, frames, and alignment using this guide. Ensure all photos are placed in frames or backgrounds.

Image Usage
•
Use images of people with diverse backgrounds and ethnicities to ensure inclusivity.
•
We no longer need the disclaimer, "A portrait used here is a sample image/video." added onto the template design.

Submission checklist

Template file name
Each CPS topic includes a Template File name. Name your file correctly.
Example: "2507_EDU_P1_PT01"

Metadata
The metadata cannot be changed after submitting, so make sure it is accurate.
Language
Change language to English (US)(Default is set to Korean).
Service to all languages box unchecked.
Template Name
Use the Fill with AI feature to generate the Template name and make the following changes
1.
Capitalize First Letters
•
All main words must start with an uppercase letter.
•
Do not capitalize connecting words (and, or, for, etc.).
2.
Add Template Type at the end: Add the exact wordings below for each template type
•
[PT] > Presentation
•
[IGV] > Instagram Post
•
[WP] > Poster
Examples:
•
[PT] green modern marketing guide > Green Modern Marketing Guide Presentation
•
[IGV] white modern gallery announcement > White Modern Gallery Announcement Instagram Post
•
[WP] blue clean laundry promotion > Blue Clean Laundry Promotion Poster
Keywords
Remove irrelevant ones, as automatically generated keywords aren't always accurate.
