Hey there, I need to know if you have any channel types, other than feed, that actually let members leave reactions like emojis or easily set up polls/votes. I find the feed a little bit limited for real interaction. I need a better way to get quick feedback and let members vote on things. What are my options?

While importing Notion data into an existing Slashpage site, I receive an alert prompting me to choose between importing the data into a new site or into the existing one. However, the latter option is not actually available.

Hello! I am not an English user. In the process of using Slashpage, I noticed that the text layout of Slashpage seems a bit strange these days. It will recognize long sentences in my native language as a whole word, and if the sentence does not end at the end of a line, it will start a new line directly for the sentence. This error makes the page layout look messy.
Is there any way to solve this matter? Or can you fix this issue?

Hello, I am stuck on trying to apply my custom DNS with Namecheap to my newly approved Beta Website on Slashpage. I tried following the tutorials but it is a little bit different from what namecheap has on their end. Namecheap wants two different nameservers and wont let me get past this field without two unique ones. But you only provide one nameserver to plug in on their end. Also your tutorial seems to be describing a totally different field namecheap has on their end too. It seems there's two possible places i need to fill out on Namecheap? I've included two screenshots to hopefully help.

I couldn't add fields in the form, after refreshing my page multiple times and trying on multiple browsers. I somehow got it to work in a new form. Side note: Live updates to the page make it challenging to use Slashpage for user-facing pages.

Hi there, i keep getting different issues with security certificates on my website elementfreediving.com. A few weeks ago it was working at both https://elementfreediving.com as well as https://www.elementfreediving.com, now only latter is working. Did something change? I need both to be working and to be stable as this is a business. Please help or let me know what i need to do to get both working again without a security notice.

Mobile app: Firstly I think the app is great. You should promote it, becuase not only can we create mobile websites, but it can replace other messaging apps. Slashpage can be an on one project tool and messaging app as well as a public facing site with brilliant on the go blogging and posting capabilities. Brilliant!
The thing I dont like is how "Discover other sites" occupies the top third of the main screen. I'd prefer to just see my sites and recent activity or notifications for my site/s. Discover sites just seems a bit bonus, non core functionality for app users don't you think? The cahnce of a random site of any catgeory being relevant to the app user is pretty low...

Hi, I would like to transfer my content from notion to slashpage, but I can't import it directly into the existing site, only by creating a new one. I have many sections there and I can't create a separate site for each one, so I don't know what to do.
Then I click "ok" nothing happens.

Hey guys! With regards to comment and chat, it seems reply depth is limited. That is reply depth is limited to the 2nd reply level of a chat or post. I hit this limitation with MS teams and it can be a bit limiting as it limits chat context.
I also wonder how Slashpage will handle lots of replys to channels. Is there some pagination that will kick in like with Facebook? eg showing recent or popular replys?

the buttons that I lay down to use when I go to add a link to them it just keeps flashing to a point where I can't get to the link to even put it in to add it every single button that I laid out has done this and it's still doing this

i think have feature guest comment there, this likes magnet for people interaction until them also now about slashpage,and with happy join here. and hope informatin sum subribers and them ivon profil not show, on side bar in main page, something dnt interest if see, that subscriber its not many. how for subscriber can see only by admin web, than info subcriber in public, its change to viewer or bar rate, or subcribers only show title "grow up, advanced,good prospect,popular, recommended,best sites,"

Hi! Hope you're doing well. I have feature suggestions that might come in handy (if you don't already have them). Haven't seen them on the Roadmap so I thought writing them to you would be helpful. (1) Setting page visibility to 'Only Me' for pages that are for you only and or are templates you don't wanna share with anyone yet. (2) Embed iFrame for whiteboards, websites, and slideshows, etc. (3) Landscape mode for iPad OS. (4) Multiple accounts logged in in one app.

Hope you can take these suggestions into consideration. I really appreciate all that you put into Slashpage. All the best to the team!

hi guys, I can't hide fields in the detail view of a list. Visibility setting work for the list, but not the expanded view. I would need to hide some filds from public users in a website use case.

Channel instances?
It seems a channel can only be used once on a site. this makes sense for blogs and feeds I guess. I see the need to create instances of lists and boards with different filters as opposed to creating say three seperate channels.
For example I may have a page about plastic pollution. I may want to add an inline list showing only events with the tag "Plastic". Obviously this is all existing Notion functionality spo it does not need much explanation.

when you visit slashpage, there is a green subscribe button shown at the bottom on page even though i am already a subscriber.
I clicked it any way and got unsubscribed, but there was no change in the button. it was still green and read subscribe.
i clicked again and got subscribed again, yet the green button didn't disappear or indicated i am subscriber now

Imagine a person making a website/page and just recommends stuff he/she likes, be it a youtube video, reddit community or a comment, or an image or a quora answer or a news article or just a blog link, or a another blog from slashpage websites.
The disovery of these recommended content to subscribers of their page/website which are segregated and accessible meticuously either by the user themsevles or automated, based on categories or other criterias or user topics can be very useful. Along with the comment section and note by the user themselves.
there should be a mandatory page or somethign like that which says "stuff i like" "recommend" etc. People crave genuine human answers and suggestions and experiences, and if they link that to external websites and blogs, i believe it will help discovery and also enhance SEO in someways.

DM's should not be tied to a single page or website one is visiting, it should be page agnostic and available all the time no matter which page/website you visit.

The disovery of websites/pages needs to be prioritised and made easy. moving in and out of subscripeb pages should be the main focus, it should be out there in the open visible, and encouraging the users to visit and not be hidden beneath layers

to each website/page/ blog one subsribes to, the first entry for any user should be the feed, which collectively shows multiple posts or channels or content or even polls or anything in that regard. This encourages people owning the website post regularly and also enagement.

There need to be some reason , mostly commercial reason for the users to join in and post content or make website. Even if they decide to host their resume website, there needs to br proper discovery feature just for resumes itself for various jobs , and categorised correctly.
5.
Everything kind of website that is possible to make with slashpage needs to be categorised for the users to follow and discover easily, along with that it also needs custom domain and disvoery through search engine and also integration with google analytics.

categories for the websites can be resume, blog, forums(if possible), community websites, fan/company/business, business listing, personals, aggregators pages (hopefully pre made and populated for people to follow) news and social media activitiy related to the page along with user generated content should be visible in that page. Even within the category of types of the website one hosts, there needs to be sub categories so that people find which categories gets more interests and views.

I think importing tweets, via embedding or simply images and placing them dynamically and the images and videos getting adjusted to the screen size automatically would be amazing. The current gallery and images section is not good.

Navigation bar is a must for easy access to multiple pages in that website.

User profile with all the relevant data related to that user like likes, comments, posts , websites he runs needs to be visible. Along with things like career interests, linkedin page, github page etc

Hypothetical , but managing to get keywords data along with ai writing support , or even simple grammar support would be really helpful and make people understand what to write about.

There needs to be voting of some sort , where people ask others that this is something i am interested to read,watch etc, others can upvote them and people can create websites/pages that have ready customers.

Integrating Ads or affiliate links is a must.

Whats the WOW unique factor ?

Can you allow people to make plugins here, that would be huge and promote community ?

i also think automatic adjustment of elemtents on the page depending on the screen size should be made easy and evident. Right now there are places where editing is where to edit, or even the element box is not clearly visible when one indeed tries to add. There needs to be proper border and change in colour and crisp and clear typing place.

Hi guys,
Regarding Subscriptions, I did a test subscribe to my own site. I do not think the screen that appears is ideal for casual users who may not be tech savvy or ready to strt using Slashpage. For public site the mojority of users just want to subscribe. So I would like to be able to redirect a subscriber after succsussful subscription. I realise you want users and thats fair, but that can't be the primary action of the subscriber success page.
It would be able to get more information from subscirbers after they subscribe and for that information to be available in a subscirber database. eg. Phone, DOB, Country. We can create another form, but then this info is not associated with the subscirber right?

Hey guys! With regards to comment and chat, it seems reply depth is limited. That is reply depth is limited to the 2nd reply level of a chat or post. I hit this limitation with MS teams and it can be a bit limiting as it limits chat context.

2. There is no sorting or pagination of reples yet. Instead, we're working on a feature that will show the most repled posts first.

I am no expert on chat, but whatsapp, Slack, Signal dont limit reply depth. Example of when needed? 🤔. Well its only if a second depth reply is stand out and needs a reply. No differentcto natural conversation. A dev headache no doubt. A deal breaker? prob not!

Slack was our baseline when we created the chat channel, so it's one level deeper than Slack, but I didn't think you'd want a more free-flowing dialogue like WhatsApp. I'll share your feedback with my team!!!
