MP4 upload issue.

a super short MP4 background still hasn't beaten the hulahoop after a week.
I've tried multiple times to upload it...
is there anything else I need to know to get the clip to play?

Hello wade neumann , It looks like the video was not uploaded because it is too short. The file you provided was about 0.5 seconds long, but when I looped it to make it around 3 seconds, it uploaded successfully.

I’ve sent you the edited file by email, could you try again using that?
