I'm trying to upgrade my website to the Plus Yearly subscription, which is advertised within my site's settings for $24/year ($2/month).
However, every time I attempt to complete the payment, I receive the following error:
"Oops! Price not found."
I've tried accessing the subscription through my site's settings multiple times, but the error persists.
I've also noticed that the public pricing page appears to show different subscription tiers from those available in my site's settings.
Could you please investigate whether the Plus Yearly subscription is still available, and whether there's an issue with the price configuration for my site?
I'd really like to upgrade my website, but I'm currently unable to complete the purchase.
