11 updates to make running your newsletter easier
Hi there,
We’ve made it easier to publish newsletters, manage subscribers, and track results, all from your own site.
Turn a blog post into a newsletter without copying it into another tool or reformatting it. Track open rates and subscriber actions in real time from your dashboard, while readers get the full post in their inbox and can comment or react without logging in. Everyone can send up to 1,000 newsletter emails per month for free.
Bring your subscribers over from another platform. Import email addresses with a CSV file instead of adding them one at a time. You can also automatically send a welcome email to let them know about the move.
See which issues each subscriber has opened, how often they opened them, and whether they clicked a link. Find your most engaged readers and invite them to share feedback or offer them a special perk.
Give your latest newsletter or a popular post a prominent spot on your homepage with a slide layout. The larger preview helps it stand out, and you can also adjust the thumbnail’s rounded corners and text size to match your site.
Add an email signup button to your newsletter homepage, the bottom of a post, or another spot visitors see often. Visitors can enter their email and subscribe right when your content catches their interest.
Keep track of your site’s storage and content as your subscriber list grows. Replace large images or videos with smaller files, and review a log of deleted posts and blocked comments.
Add UTM tags when you share content links in places like your social media bio or newsletter footer. Compare traffic by source, campaign, and medium to see which shared links bring visitors to your site.
Set a password when you want to share content with a specific group, such as VIP members, friends, or outside partners. Anyone with the password can view it, so you can share a link without inviting each person as a member.
Give your site the look you want with style presets and 159 color palettes. You can also apply one of five image filters to thumbnails or other images to create a consistent look or match your site’s style.
Set up weekly meetups or monthly events once. Choose a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly repeat schedule and set reminders, so you don’t have to create the same event over and over.

Hi there,
We shipped updates to make important content stand out, expand the ways you can present content with maps, audio, and video, and help you manage members and site structure more easily.
Make key content stand out on your site homepage, event signup page, or promo section. Animated backgrounds and animation effects help draw attention to important copy and buttons.
Add buttons like Sign up, Contact us, or Learn more in one row more easily. You can keep the same style across the group without setting each color and font one by one.
Manage subscribers and guests, people invited only to certain spaces, from your member list. You can create invite links for specific channels, pages, and posts, or add multiple members at once with a CSV file of email addresses.
Check contributor rankings to see which members are most active on your site. Visits, posts, comments, reactions, and other member activity are reflected, so you do not have to judge the community's mood by feel alone.
Collect restaurants, travel routes, pop-up stores, event venues, and other places in a map channel. Visitors can see key locations at a glance, or members can add their own recommendations to build a shared map together.
Add a footer that stays synced across the bottom of every page on your site. Organize your sitemap, subscribe button, membership link, and other key menus once so visitors can find important paths more easily.
Link top menu items directly to sections like pricing, FAQs, or contact. Even on a long landing page, visitors can jump straight to the information they are looking for.
Use audio blocks to play podcasts, interviews, meeting recordings, or audio guides directly on the page. Visitors can listen alongside the rest of your content without downloading a file or leaving your site.

Help visitors stay longer with 14 updates for your site
Hi there,
We recently shipped updates to help you make your site stand out, present content in the right format, and make community participation easier.
Combine eye-catching stickers, bold gradients, and a modern header design to create a stronger first impression. You can also make only your main page or a specific event page look different from the rest of your site.
Edit with your mobile view open next to your desktop view. You no longer have to keep checking your phone to see whether a face is cropped awkwardly or a column layout breaks on mobile.
Now you can add more than images to a slider, including customer testimonials and course videos. When you have a lot to show, it keeps the page from getting too long. When you have less content, motion can help the page feel richer.
If you have screenshots with personal information or event photos with faces, you can blur them before publishing. For images where the difference matters, like edited photos or before/after results, visitors can slide between versions and compare them directly.
Publishing consistently is less about starting from a blank page every time and more about connecting the material and ideas you already have. Import content from external tools, and keep unfinished drafts inside the channel so your ideas can move from notes to published posts in one flow.
Add familiar images, like favorite characters or trending memes, as emoji for your members. Reactions become more fun, and members have an easier way to participate naturally.
Bring chat bubbles into your channel to make conversations feel more alive. If you participate in other sites as a member, you can also create a different profile from the one you use on your own site, so your identities do not get mixed together.
When writing code in technical docs or dev journals, choose the right language and use the added editing conveniences. Each of the 58 supported languages gets its own styling, and tabs and folding options help keep pages clean even when you include multiple code blocks.
