List channel
This channel displays articles in a list format. You can add various attribute items such as the date of writing, date, and person to the articles written in this channel.
Create a channel
Type /list in the blank , or click + on the left side of the block and select List , or select +Add section at the top and select List .
Write a channel name and description
The channel name and description are stored in the preview information that you see when you share a link.
Create a new post
Click New Post in the upper right corner . Enter the title and content in the post writing screen that appears on the right.
Add Item
On the post creation screen, select + Add . The items you can add are text, numbers, check boxes, selections, multi-select, status, people, dates, and read-only author, creation time, and modification time.
Select the items you want to add, name them, and set whether or not they are visible.
Enter or select a value depending on the type of item.
Set up a list
You can set which articles to display to visitors in the list, how to sort them, and what filters to use.
Item Settings
Click Item Settings at the top of the list .
You can change the order in which items appear in the list by dragging the handle in front of the item.
You can set it not to be displayed in the list by selecting the eye icon.
If you select the pencil icon, you can edit the item name, property values, etc.
Array
Select Sort at the top of the list , then click the Sort by item.
Choose ascending or descending sort.
To add a sort criterion, click +Add just below the criteria and select the desired item.
You can prioritize items by dragging the handle in front of them.
You can rearrange the order of the text by dragging and dropping it (only available when sorting is not specified)
Filter
Click Filter at the top of the list to select the items you want.
To add a filter, click Add directly below an existing filter entry and select the desired entry.
Select conditions such as whether an item contains a specific value, is before or after a specific date, etc.
The list channel can be changed to a Kanban channel . You can also change it to another channel, but in that case the items will not be visible.
