Custom emojis
You can create emojis from your desired images and use them anywhere in post reactions, comments, or the body of the post.
Only administrator members or site owners can create or delete custom emojis.
Add custom emojis
Directly add
Enter : in the blank space , then click Add Custom Emoji .
Upload an image and enter a name in the custom emoji window.
Click the Add Custom Emoji button to complete the registration.
Import from Slack
Enter : in the blank space , then click Add Custom Emoji .
In the Custom Emoji window, click Import from Slack .
Select a workspace in the Allow Slack access window and click Allow to register emojis in bulk.
Use custom emojis
Add a reaction to the post
You can use custom emojis as reactions by clicking the Add Reaction icon > Upload icon.
Add to comments, post content, pages, etc.
Type : in the text input area and search for the emoji name. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the desired emoji and press Enter to add the emoji.
Delete custom emojis
Enter : in the blank space , then click Add Custom Emoji .
In the list of uploaded emojis at the bottom of the Custom Emoji window, click the ✖️ that appears when you hover your mouse over the emoji you want to delete. To delete all emojis , click Delete All .
