Kanban Board Channel
This channel displays articles in a Kanban board format. Each article can be managed by category, and various attribute items such as date of creation, date, and person can be added.
Create a channel
Type /kanbanboard in the blank , or click + on the left side of the block and select Kanbanboard , or select +Add section at the top and select Kanbanboard .
Write a channel name and description
The channel name and description are stored in the preview information that you see when you share a link.
Create a new post
Click New Post or +Add . As you write the title, item, and content, they will be immediately reflected in the view mode.
Move text
Each article can be moved to another item by dragging and dropping it.
Add Item
On the post creation screen, click +Add . The items you can add are text, numbers, check boxes, selections, multi-select, status, people, dates, and read-only author, creation time, and modification time.
Select the items you want to add, name them, and set whether or not they are visible.
Enter or select values depending on the item type.
Item Settings
Click Set Items on the Kanban board .
You can change the order in which items appear in the list by dragging the handle in front of the item.
You can set it not to be displayed in the list by selecting the eye icon.
If you select the pencil icon, you can edit the item name, property values, etc.
Array
Click Sort to select the items you want. You can sort in ascending or descending order by selecting the arrow icons.
To add a sort criterion, click +Add just below the criteria and select the desired item.
You can prioritize items by dragging the handle in front of them.
Filter
Click Filter to select the desired items.
To add a filter, click Add directly below an existing filter entry and select the desired entry.
Select conditions such as whether an item contains a specific value, is before or after a specific date, etc.
A Kanban channel can be changed to a list channel . You can also change it to another channel, but in that case the items will not be visible.
