Basic button
This is a basic button-shaped button. You can link actions such as URL, site subscription, other pages and channels within Slashpage, direct message, phone call, email, etc. You can set various colors and alignments.
Create a button
Type /button in the empty space and select Button . Alternatively, click the + to the left of the block and select Button . Click the 'Enter button name' section of the created button to enter a name.
Add a URL that links to an external site
Enter the site URL in the 'Enter URL or search term' field below the button name. Click the completed URL in Open Link or press Enter .
Icons are automatically added based on the URL. You can delete icons by clicking - .
You can also connect email, phone, and text messages by entering the information below.
Mail → mailto: name@company․com
Phone → tel: 01012345678
Text → sms: 01012345678
Slashpage Add links to my other pages and channels
Search for the page or channel name to add in the 'Enter URL or search term' field below the button name, and select one from the search results visible in Open Page .
Subscribe, Copy Link, DM
Click the 'Enter URL or search term' box below the button name to select one of the three functions for execution .

Subscribe to this page: Subscribe to this site and receive notifications.
•
Copy Page Link: Copy the link to that page.
•
Message to (nickname): Sends a direct message to the site owner.
Change color, width, alignment
You can change the following settings in the toolbar that appears when you click the button:

Button, Text Color: Use the color picker to pick a color from another part of the screen, choose a color from the palette, or enter a color code.
•
Full Width: When enabled (green), the button width will stretch to fit the width of the page.
•
Alignment: Changes the alignment of the button to left, center, or right. (If full width is enabled, changes the alignment of the button name.)
