Tips
If you want to consume 5g of MCT oil using this powder, you will need to use 10g of the powder.
Gum Arabic (GA) is also known as acacia fiber, but they are slightly different in how they are made. Just play it safe and buy Gum Arabic. I purchased French 100% Gum Arabic from Naver Shopping.
It may not apply to homemade MCT oil powders, but commercial MCT oil powders are usually made using spray-drying technique, encapsulating MCT oil thereby increasing oxidative stability and provide antimicrobial activity properties to the oil. (Source: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.foodchem.2020.127748)
