Phase 1
Water
2 Tbsp
Phase 1
[OPTIONAL] Garlic powder
1 tsp
Phase 1
[OPTIONAL] Herbs of choice
2 tsp
Phase 2
Coconut powder (or flour)
1/2 Cup
Phase 2
Powdered parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp

Instruction

1.
Whisk all of phase 1 ingredients in a bowl.
2.
Add and mix all of phase 2 ingredients into the bowl from step 1, making sure there are no lumps of coconut flour or cheese.
3.
Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
4.
While the mixture is resting, preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
5.
Prepare a parchment paper on an oven tray or pizza pan, grease the paper.
6.
After 5 minutes, the mixture should look something like the picture below. Eggy but not watery.
7.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan using your spatula.
8.
Bake for 10 minutes.
9.
Top with your favourite pizza sauce, toppings and then cheese.
10.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Tips

•
I highly recommend adding at least garlic powder to ease the coconut flavour.
•
Complex toppings or strong pizza sauce such as pesto are recommended, to ease the coconut flavour.
