概要
本論文は、「Something something」命令に従う汎用オブジェクト配置問題を解決するための方法であるSPORTを提案する。 SPORTは、物体位置把握、目標位置想像、ロボット制御の3段階から構成される。大規模な事前学習されたビジョンモデルを活用して、オブジェクトの広範な意味的推論を実行し、物理的にリアルな3D空間の姿勢推定のために拡散ベースの姿勢推定器を学習します。オブジェクトの可動性情報のみを2段階の間でやり取りし、オープンなオブジェクト認識と位置把握能力を最大限に活用し、大規模な学習なしで効果的な目標姿勢推定を可能にする。シミュレーション環境では、GPT-4を使用して注釈を付けて収集したデータで目標姿勢推定器を学習し、実験結果シミュレーションと実際の環境の両方で効果的であることを示しています。
