概要
本論文は、既存のスコアマッチングおよびフローマッチングベースの生成モデルが判別的課題における可能性が十分に探索されていないことに着目し、事前訓練された連続生成モデルの生成過程を逆転させて非地図学習表現を抽出するPretrained Reversible Generation(PRG)フレームワークを提案する。 PRGは、事前訓練された生成モデルの高容量を活用して、強力で一般化可能な特徴抽出器を構築し、特定のサブ課題に合わせた特徴階層を柔軟に選択できるようにします。さまざまなベンチマークで従来のアプローチを上回るパフォーマンスを達成し、64x64解像度のImageNetで78%のtop-1精度を記録するなど、生成モデルベースの方法の中で最先端のパフォーマンスを示しました。さらに、さまざまなアブレーション・スタディと分布外評価により、アプローチの効果を検証しました。ソースコードは
