Aitomia is a platform that supports AI-based atomic and quantum chemistry simulations. It supports experts and non-experts to set up and run atomic simulations, monitor the status of calculations, analyze simulation results, and summarize results in text and graphical forms through chatbots and AI agents. It is implemented using open source large-scale language models (LLMs), rule-based agents, and search-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and supports various AI-enhanced computational chemistry tasks from ground state to excited state calculations (geometry optimization, thermochemistry, spectral calculations, etc.) based on the MLatom ecosystem. It is the first intelligent atomic simulation support platform that is publicly accessible on a cloud computing platform ( https://aitomistic.xyz) and can also be deployed locally ( http://mlatom.com/aitomia ). It is expected to lower the entry barrier to atomic simulations and accelerate research and development in related fields by popularizing simulations.
