概要
本論文では,垂直軸回転に対して等変した新しい体積グリップモデルを提案し,サンプル効率を大幅に改善した。 3D特徴を3つの正準平面に投影する三面体積特徴表現を使用します。水平面の特徴は90度回転に対して等変であるが、他の2つの平面の特徴和は、同じ変換に対して不変である新しい三面特徴設計を導入する。この設計は、変形可能な畳み込みの適応性と操舵可能な畳み込みの回転等変性を組み合わせた新しい変形可能な操舵可能な畳み込みによって可能である。これにより、受容領域が局所的な物体幾何学に適応しつつ等変性特性を維持することができる。また、最先端の体積グリッププランナーであるGIGAとIGDの等辺適応を開発します。具体的には、IGDの変形可能なアテンションメカニズムの新しい等辺式を導き、フローマッチングに基づいてグリップ方向の等辺生成モデルを提案する。提案された等変性特性の詳細な分析的正当性を提供し、幅広いシミュレーションと実際の実験を通じてアプローチを検証します。結果は、提案された投影ベースの設計が計算コストとメモリコストを大幅に削減することを示しています。さらに、三面特徴に基づいて構築された等辺グリップモデルは、沸騰辺モデルよりも一貫して優れた性能を達成し、少ない計算オーバーヘッドだけでより高い性能を達成します。ビデオとコードは
