Why should you attract subscribers to your site?

Everyone has felt the hassle of complicated sign-up processes. Subscriptions, on the other hand, require just a quick email verification. Once you start gaining subscribers, your retention rate increases, as they’re more likely to return. The more subscribers you have, the faster your website grows. Leverage SlashPage’s subscription system to accelerate your site's growth!

What makes the SlashPage subscription system great?

Automatic email notifications when you publish new posts

Whether it’s an announcement, team blog post, or other updates, subscribers are automatically notified whenever new content is posted. It’s a valuable opportunity to directly engage your audience, in addition to your other promotion channels.
➕
Emails are sent at 9 AM and 9 PM daily, summarizing all the new posts published up to that time.

Seamless subscriber-to-member Conversion

Spot frequent visitors among your subscribers and turn them into early members of paid or free memberships. Offer exclusive benefits like access to private pages or VIP support channels.
➕
You can view all subscriber details, such as subscription dates and recent activity, from the Subscribers menu in the sidebar. Simply click Convert to Member to make them to members. (available to site owners or admins only)

Insightful metrics for growing subscribers

Keep track of key data like daily new subscribers and the subscription rate compared to site visitors. Identify popular content or channels from days with high subscriber growth, and use this information to refine your future strategy.
➕
Access detailed analytics by clicking the graph icon in the top-right corner (available to site owners or admins only).

How can you increase subscribers?

Add subscription buttons in high-visibility areas

Place subscription buttons across your site to prevent visitors from leaving without subscribing. Use fixed buttons at the bottom of the homepage, standard buttons in blog posts or footers, and image buttons for event pages. Tailor the button type and placement based on each page’s layout.

Explain the benefits of subscribing below blog posts

If you're using the blog channel, include a subscription call-to-action at the end of every post. Highlight your content themes, update frequency, or other reasons why readers should subscribe.

If someone in Wordpress subscribes, I get their email. Do we get thier email address with Slashpage?
Frida
Hello @Hamish ,
You cannot currently view the email addresses of subscribers, but you can access the email addresses of members. We plan to enhance the subscriber list to display more details in the future. In the meantime, we recommend converting your subscribers to members with Viewer permissions.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
