1. Program Overview

🔶 INCHEON Youth Global Launchpad 2025

The INCHEON Youth Global Launchpad has become a cornerstone initiative driving INCHEON's young entrepreneurs toward global success. Organized by INCHEON City and the INCHEON Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (ICCEI), the program empowers promising startups to expand overseas through tailored acceleration, market localization, and hands-on global experience — turning early potential into sustainable international growth.
Since its inception in 2023, the INCHEON Youth Global Launchpad has played a central role in INCHEON'S mission to empower young innovators and help them bring their ideas to the global stage. The program first supported startups entering Mongolia and Vietnam, before expanding in 2024 to include the United States, Singapore, and Vietnam, offering tailored consulting, acceleration programs, and commercialization funding.
Over just two years, the Launchpad has delivered remarkable outcomes:
2023: 10 companies supported, 29 MOUs and partnership agreements signed, ₩21.6 billion in investments attracted, 3 overseas subsidiaries established, and USD 97,113 in export sales, alongside 89 partnership contracts for market expansion.
2024: 12 companies supported, 33 MOUs and agreements signed, ₩20.1 billion in investments attracted, 2 new overseas subsidiaries established, and USD 577,525 in exports.

🔶 2025 INCHEON Youth Global Launchpad in Vietnam

Building on such strong momentum, the 2025 edition continues the mission with new expansion bases in Vietnam and Malaysia, two of Asia's most dynamic and opportunity-rich markets for innovation and entrepreneurship.
A total of 25 Korean startups participated in the 2025 program, divided into Track 1 and Track 2. Track 1 focused on pop-up stores, live streaming, and business matching, while Track 2 consisted of pre-startup and early-stage entrepreneurs, featuring seminars, corporate visits, market research, and business matching programs.
The Vietnam program, co-organized by INCHEON City, ICCEI, The Invention Lab, and C-Laps, took place in Ho Chi Minh City from October 23 to 25, 2025, featuring an energetic three-day agenda — from the Kickstart Dinner to the Korean Startup Pop-Up Store and Business Matching sessions with local companies and institutions. The event not only showcased the innovation and global ambitions of INCHEON's rising founders but also strengthened collaborative ties between Korea and Vietnam's startup ecosystems, paving the way for future partnerships, investment, and market expansion.

2. Program Overview

🔶 Kickstart Dinner

The Kickstart Dinner marked the official opening of the 2025 INCHEON Youth Global Launchpad in Vietnam, setting the tone for the next two days of meaningful exchange and collaboration. The event brought together startups from both tracks, alongside representatives from the organizing and co-organizing bodies — INCHEON City, ICCEI, The Invention Lab, and C-Laps.
The evening began with welcoming remarks from C-Laps, followed by greetings and opening messages from representatives of ICCEI and The Invention Lab, emphasizing the shared vision of empowering INCHEON's young entrepreneurs to explore new frontiers in the Vietnamese market. C-Laps then provided a preview of the upcoming Korean Startup Pop-Up Store, highlighting its role as a platform for startups to test market response and engage directly with local audiences.
The formal program transitioned into a casual networking session, where startup founders and partners exchanged insights over dinner in a relaxed atmosphere, setting a collaborative and forward-looking tone for the activities that followed.

Running concurrently with the Pop-Up Store, a series of livestreaming sessions were held to promote the participating startups’ products to a wider online audience. These sessions, broadcasted on popular social media and e-commerce platforms, allowed startups to showcase their innovations in real time — engaging directly with Vietnamese consumers, influencers, and potential buyers. In Vietnam, livestream commerce has rapidly become one of the most influential marketing channels, blending entertainment, interactivity, and shopping convenience. By leveraging this trend, the program provided participating startups with valuable exposure to Vietnam’s fast-growing digital retail landscape, helping them test audience reactions, build brand awareness, and generate real-time feedback.
