Will my data be preserved if I cancel my subscription?
When the service subscription ends, 100% of the customer's data will be transferred to the customer, and the data stored in DataPure will be deleted after the contractual retention date.
What happens to my data when my free trial ends?
All data collected during the free trial period will be destroyed. Data collected during the free period will not be transferred separately.
Can I add members after only some people have subscribed?
