Billing and Refund Policy

1. Billing and Subscription Information

Nature of Service: BeMoon Space subscription is a digital access pass that provides immediate use of digital contents, including customized Korean grammar learning, problem-solving, and analysis reports. Services are provided immediately upon payment completion.
Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is provided once per account. No payment method is required, and you will not be automatically charged after the trial ends.
Service Period and Auto-Renewal: This is a recurring subscription product. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your registered payment method on a monthly basis (or according to your chosen billing cycle), and your access will be renewed accordingly.
Handling of Payment Failures: In the event that a recurring subscription payment fails due to reasons such as insufficient funds, credit limit exceeded, or an expired payment method, our payment processor (Paddle) will automatically retry the charge over a designated grace period. If a successful payment is not completed within this grace period, or if a valid alternative payment method is not provided resulting in a final payment failure, your access to the service may be suspended or your subscription may be automatically canceled without prior notice.
Pricing Changes: BeMoon Space fees are subject to change based on market conditions and promotions. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. These changes will not apply retroactively to already completed purchases.
Notice Duplicate Payments: Please note that if the same individual makes duplicate payments using multiple payment methods or accounts, the system may not automatically block them. In the event of an unintended duplicate payment, please submit the details to our Customer Center, and we will promptly assist you with a refund after verification. To ensure smooth service usage, please check the subscription status of your account before proceeding with payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: A full refund is available only if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase and no service content, such as problem-solving or viewing reports, has been accessed or used.
Refund Restrictions: Refunds for the current billing cycle may be restricted or denied if 7 days have passed since the initial purchase, or if the service has been used 10 or more times, defined as the generation of 10 or more data records.
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged from the next billing cycle. Partial refunds for the already billed current month due to a simple change of mind are not available, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the current billing period.
Refunds due to Company's Fault: In cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or severe service outages caused by the Company's system failure, a full refund or a corresponding extension of the usage period will be provided.
Refund Processing Time: Upon request via customer support, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.

3. Additional Notices

Ownership of Copyright: All copyrights and intellectual property rights for all contents provided through this service, including materials, questions, explanations, data structures, and designs, belong to the Company and are protected by relevant laws.
Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized copying, distribution, capturing, commercial sale, or use in competitive services of the contents without prior consent from the Company are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

4. Additional Notices

No Account Sharing: This service strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Access may be restricted or terminated if account sharing or resale is detected.
Data Retention: Please note that access to certain data, such as learning reports and problem-solving history, may be restricted if your subscription ends or is canceled.

5. Obligation of Notification

If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to the content of this Billing and Refund Policy, prior notice will be given through Announcements or a separate notice window within the service at least 7 days before the revision takes effect. However, for significant changes disadvantageous to users, such as fee changes, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
