Our mission is to connect individuals and organizations to build a better future.
Building a better future is possibly the ultimate purpose of humanity, as we not only seek to survive but to thrive. We shall not forget how great empires, countries and companies have built a better future for us, and we are now prospering on their legacies. As we are deeply grateful to our predecessors, we recognize our duty and destiny to become one of the greats and build an even better future for the next generation.
How? By connecting individuals and organizations (in a new way).
In recent years, we are now witnessing an unprecedented number of great organizations growing at an unimaginable speed. However, there seems to be only one thing that is slowing them down: recruiting. Of course, we have previously developed and used meaningful tools and services, such as newspaper ads, recruiting agencies, job platforms, LinkedIn and more.
Sadly, nothing seems to be the clear solution. We are in desperate need of something else.
As the essence of recruiting is about connecting individuals and organizations, we strongly believe that our commitment to this mission will build a better future for the next generation.

인류는 생존의 단계를 넘어 끊임없이 더 큰 번영을 추구해 왔습니다. 어쩌면 인류의 궁극적인 존재 이유는 바로 더 나은 미래를 만드는 데 있을지도 모릅니다. 과거 위대한 제국, 국가, 그리고 기업들이 더 나은 미래를 만들어 주었기에 우리는 지금 더욱더 번영할 수 있었다는 것을 잊어서는 안 됩니다.
다음 세대를 위해 더욱더 나은 미래를 만드는 것은 우리의 의무이자 숙명입니다.
그렇기에 우리는 새로운 방식으로 개인과 조직을 연결하며 더 나은 미래를 만들어 가고자 합니다.
인류는 최근 전례 없이 많은 조직들의 탄생을 목격하고 있으며, 이 조직들은 상상할 수 없이 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있습니다. 하지만, 채용은 새로운 시대의 속도를 전혀 따라가지 못하고 있습니다. 채용 공고, 채용 에이전시, 채용 플랫폼, 링크드인과 같은 과거의 서비스들은 더 이상 명확한 해결책을 제시하지 못하고 있습니다.
새로운 시대로 더 빠르게 나아가 더 나은 미래를 만들기 위해, 우리는 새로운 채용 방식을 찾아야만 합니다.
채용의 본질은 개인과 조직을 연결하는 것이기에 아프로스는 이 본질에 헌신하여 다음 세대를 위해 더 나은 미래를 만들고자 합니다.
