What kind of service is Xeona?
Xeona is an AI-based web browsing automation agent. It helps you automatically collect/process repetitive tasks or information on the web with only prompts (user commands) without coding or complex settings.
What is web-based automation?
Web-based automation refers to a computer performing a series of (repetitive) tasks (e.g. clicking, typing, searching, scrolling, etc.) that people perform directly on a web browser. For example, if you say, “Check the weather on Naver,” Xeona will connect to Naver, search for “today’s weather,” and report the results. While existing automation required complex macros or program coding, Xeona allows AI to automatically navigate web pages and perform the necessary actions when users simply input commands.

Think of Xeona as “a slightly inexperienced new hire at my company.” Someone who knows how to use the Internet, but who has little background in our company and needs to be explained to you in a little more detail than you think.
How is it different from chatbot services like ChatGPT?
ChatGPT provides learned/collected information in text form, but does not perform any actual actions on the web.
Xeona is an AI that goes beyond simply conversing, it actually takes “action” by visiting websites, clicking, gathering information, and submitting forms.
How is it different from RPA (Robotic Process Automation)?
Traditional RPA is a tool that only moves according to set rules . So, even if the button position is slightly changed, it stops, or the settings are too complicated to use unless you are an expert. Xeona uses AI to understand and judge situations like a person, so it works more flexibly and can be used easily by anyone.
What are the advantages of Xeona over other automation tools?

That's right. Xeona runs a real web browser, and then the AI clicks and types and navigates the web just like a human.

Yes, Xeona can run jobs on multiple websites simultaneously.
Each task is processed in parallel in an independent browsing session , resulting in both speed and efficiency.
Are voice commands also possible?
Although not currently supported, voice command functionality will be introduced in a future update .
Does it work on any website?
It works fine on most websites.
However, there may be some limitations in the following cases:

Sites with very strong CAPTCHA or login security
•
Pages for mobile web view only
•
Sites with excessive JavaScript-based interactions
Can I also set up recurring or periodic tasks?
[Planned to be supported] Yes, the repeat task feature will be updated soon.
We plan to provide scheduling functionality (cron-based) to automatically perform tasks at a desired time every day or every week.
Is it also available in API form?
It is currently provided as a general user-oriented interface,

Will it work on the browser I'm directly controlling?
No, Xeona runs in its own embedded browser environment.
That is, rather than “remotely manipulating” the user’s browser, the AI browses on its own in an independent environment .
3. Security and Privacy
How are prompts and task history handled?

The user's prompts and execution history are saved in a pseudonymized state .

When a user deletes a record directly, all data related to that action is also completely deleted.

Is it safe to enter my login information or sensitive data?

For security reasons, we do not recommend entering your ID/PW directly into the prompt.

Currently, we recommend using it primarily for tasks that require test/non-member login.
[Planned to be supported] In case login-based operations are required, we are planning to introduce a password vault function or a secure authentication mechanism (OAuth, Secret Manager, etc.).
Will my data be leaked to outside parties?
Xeona does not provide or sell user data to outside parties , and all activity history is anonymized and processed in a non-personally identifiable form .
4. Rate Plan
Is Xeona free? Are there any paid plans?

All features are free during the test period .

After the official launch of the service , a premium rate plan will be introduced , and some benefits will be provided to users who pre-register and respond to interviews.
How will charges be made once the rate system is introduced?

Do you support other languages besides Korean?
Basically, both English and Korean are supported, and multilingual support is possible depending on the LLM language scope.
What happens when AI makes mistakes?
AI can make mistakes.
