To create a document in Welding, you will use the 'Input Box'. You can enter or edit the contents of each area through this input box.
Call input box
When you create a document and move the mouse pointer to the area where you want to input, a button will be created that will call up an input box. Clicking this button will activate an input window where you can input the area.
The input box cannot be filled in with subsequent areas unless the Info area is filled in. Be sure to fill in the Info area first before starting to write your document .
Create an input box
The input box that is called requires you to enter required values for each field in order to save . Required values for each field can be identified by an asterisk ( * ), so please carefully check the input items before clicking the Save button and then try saving.
If you try to save without entering required information, a warning window will pop up asking you to enter required information and you will not be able to close the window.
If you want to close the input window without saving, you can close the input window with the 'Cancel' button.
Edit input box
You can edit the contents of a document at any time unless you mark the document as 'Completed' or 'Approved'.
After calling the input box for the area you want to edit, edit the items that need to be edited and save them again, you can check the document with the edited values reflected.
If required values are not entered properly when editing an input box, the edit will not be saved and a warning window will be displayed, so please make sure to check the edited items before trying to save.
