Getting started with admin
What is an administrator account? The administrator account refers to the account that has registered as a member on the Welding homepage . The account created through registration will be the account that oversees the initially entered corporate information, and through this account, you can purchase licenses and add and manage user accounts for document collaboration. Invite a user account Buy a license To add a user account, you need to purchase a license. There are six licenses in total, and all of the features are the same except for the usage period. The price varies depending on whether a 'sub-license' is included when purchasing a license, and the number of user accounts that can be added is determined. If you need to purchase a sub-license separately for user registration after purchasing a basic license, you can purchase an additional sub-license by purchasing an additional product. Add a user account Once you have acquired the number of sublicenses, you can register and manage them by inviting user accounts through your administrator account. 💡 If the user account you wish to invite is registered as a member, you can withdraw your membership and add them as a user sub-account. If you need to withdraw your membership, please contact us to withdraw your membership. When you enter your email address, name, and contact information to add a user account, an invitation email will be sent to that email address, and the user can proceed with the membership registration process through this email. Once the user account email verification and membership registration process is complete, both the administrator account and user account can create and manage documents in one space. 💡 Administrator accounts and user accounts can be assigned to the same corporate information and jointly granted access to documents.

Getting started with users
What is a user account? A user account refers to an account that was registered through an invitation email sent through an administrator account, not an account that was registered by clicking the Sign Up button on Welding . User accounts are tied to the administrator account and the company registered by the administrator account, and duplicate membership registrations are restricted. Create a user account Request an invitation Invitation emails can only be sent to administrator accounts, and user account invitations cannot be sent if there is no administrator account or the license does not allow adding user accounts. After logging in to the administrator account, go to the 'My Page → Account Management → Sub Account' menu to check the number of user accounts that can be activated, and then click the '+ Create' button to invite and create user accounts. 💡 You can check how to add a user account with an administrator account by clicking ' here' . If you are unable to create an account If you are unable to invite or create a user account, please check the items below. Duplicate membership registration If you have already registered as a member, you cannot invite to your user account. Please cancel your membership and then invite again to your user account. If you have been invited to a user account from another company If the email address is invited to a user account of another company, you cannot register by inviting to a user account of another company. Even if you deactivate the license with an administrator account of another company, you will not be able to use it, so in this case, please use 1:1 inquiry. If you entered your email address incorrectly Welding is a service that requires email verification. If your email accounts are different, you may not receive an invitation email. If you do not receive an invitation email Please check your user account email spam folder. If there is no invitation email in the spam folder, please submit the details through 1:1 inquiry.

Document Type Guide
Document Type There are a total of 5 documents that can be created and written in Welding. Each document is helpful for project progress or is a required document. In the case of certain documents, creation may not be possible if there is no prior document. PQ Plan PQ Plan PQ Plan(Procedure Qualification-test Plan) is a document that establishes a plan before executing the PQ Test . The PQ Plan document format exposes the specifications for the WPS to be developed and the specifications for the PQR required . Welding does not provide a direct writing function, but you can receive automatically generated documents through the WPS production assistant. WPS You can find more detailed information about the production assistant 'here' . P.WPS P.WPS (Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification) is not a required document when writing WPS, but it is a document that facilitates writing PQ Test and PQR. The P.WPS document format is the same as the WPS, and only completed P.WPS documents can be converted to PQR. 💡 Detailed instructions on document conversion can be found 'here' . PQR PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) can be created by directly creating a document or by converting P.WPS. In the case of PQR created by converting P.WPS, it is created by referencing some items of P.WPS. This is a mandatory document that must be created when using Rocket Service's 'WPS Approval Application' function. If there is no PQR document, the service cannot be used. 💡 You can find more details about the WPS approval request function 'here' .

Enter the desired search word and click Enter or the magnifying glass button to search all documents containing the search word . However, please note that when searching for documents using the general search function, the search is conducted according to the following criteria by document type. Welder Registration Guide
Register as a welder General registration In order to proceed with the WPQ Plan and WPQ (WOPQ) related to the skill test, welder registration must be done first. You can enter the 'Qualified Personnel Management → Welder' menu and create and register new welder information using the 'Create' button. 💡 Detailed instructions on registering as a welder can also be found 'here' . Bulk registration When a welder who is eligible for registration finds it burdensome to register normally , the welder can use the bulk registration function to register information directly and the administrator can check the registered information. If you click on the QR code mark in the upper right corner of the 'Qualified Personnel Management → Welder' menu, you can check the registration URL or QR code that can be provided to the welder. When you access the URL or QR code sent to the welder, you will be taken to a screen where the welder can register welder information through email authentication . Welder Registration Precautions When registering a large number of welders, do not send the QR code or URL to any welders other than those who are taking the skills test. If they enter the address and enter the information, their personal information may be attributed, so unnecessary information may be added. Please be sure to send the URL through 1:1 contact and place the QR code in a place where only relevant parties can see it, not in a public place.
