How to use PQ Plan After completing the writing After completing all WPS contents including I nfo and attempting to “Complete Writing” , the following functions are provided depending on the case in which PQ Plan was received. Write PQ Plan
Write PQ Plan Info Information PQ Plan This is the area where you enter basic information about the document . When you click the write button on the right side of the area, an input field will be displayed. After entering the information for each item, click the Complete (V) button to save. Test Schedules (Scheduled Test Date) can be created as many times as PQR that occurred within PQ Plan. WPS/PQR Information PQ Plan Before receiving WPS, you will be provided with the ability to edit some of the information about WPS and PQR that arose from the Production Assistant. Here are some things you can edit: Weld No. This is where you enter the number for the weld that occurred in the project or drawing. Welding automatically enters the title WPS. Joint Type (Joint Shape) This is an item for entering the joint shape of the parent material to be prepared. The selected joint shape is exposed in the output form shape information area. Base Metals [Width, Length] This is where you enter the test coupon size. Type and Thickness are automatically filled in by Welding based on the information entered at the time of search. Test This is the item to enter the number of types of tests to be run in the PQ Test. Welding automatically fills in the information based on your selection or auto-generated information, and you can enter values into the output form by directly entering numbers for any additional tests that are required. Other items will automatically fill in the information from the document selected at the time of production of WPS. WPS Production Helper (WPS Helper)
WPS Production Helper (WPS Helper) WPS What is a Production Assistant? One of the rocket services provided by Welding is to input the welding specifications (Spec.) required for construction. Find the document that holds the WPS/PQR that matches the information you entered , or This is a function that recommends and creates Welding documents (P.WPS) . This feature is available starting from the Advanced version of the license product. [You can try entering welding specifications + searching regardless of whether or not it is a licensed product] Enter welding specifications (Spec.) To use the Production Assistant, you must enter the following: Welding Code Select Standard and Unit Type [Currently only ASME available - as of 24.9.10] Parent information Enter Base Metal Spec. and required Thickness range Welding Information Enter Weld Type (welding shape) and welding process + posture In addition, enter whether impact testing and post-heat treatment are required. However, if additional WPS is required among the entered information, a guidance window will appear and you will be notified of the target to be added. WPS Search Results When you reach the recommended results, the WPS search results will be displayed first. If the welding specification entered by the WPS you have can be resolved, expose the WPS you have and make the document accessible.

Upload a document
Upload a document What is Document Upload? This is a function provided as one of the existing document management methods provided by Weldbeing. Upload a file saved in PDF format among the documents you have, enter some of the document specifications, and save it to register it in Weldbeing. You can search the document list based on the information you entered. Uploading documents Document upload is only possible in PQR and WPS, and only PDF files can be uploaded. Click the Document List > Upload > Upload Owned Documents button > Select the document to upload and you will enter the file upload screen, where you can enter the document specifications. The information currently being entered is as shown in the table below. Create a new document
How to create a document The WPS/PQR documents provided by Welding can be easily and quickly created as blank form documents with just a simple mouse click. After entering the menu where you want to create a blank document, you can create a blank form document by clicking the '+Create' button. Before creating, you can select the Standard code and Unit Type you want to create and then create it. 💡 Currently, Welding only allows you to select ASME and Metric Unit types. 💡 Scheduled to be added to AWS in May 24th. How to create P.WPS How to create PQR How to create WPS Document Creation Notes If there are no input values in the input fields after creating a document, the document will not be saved. If you want to save the document, fill in the required fields in the Info area and save it. The document will be saved and you can check it in the entire document list. Documents created in the free trial version cannot be created or edited after the trial period expires. However, if you purchase a license plan, you can edit or add to previously created documents.

Autocomplete document What is Document Auto-Complete? The auto-complete feature provided by Welding is a feature that dramatically shortens the document writing process. It is a feature that automatically creates a draft of a subsequent document based on a preceding document without having to write each item that requires duplicate content and complex calculations during a series of document writing processes. File upload and attachments
Upload a document You can easily manage the documents you have written before using the Welding service by uploading them to Welding. The completed documents that can be uploaded are PQR and WPS. Uploaded documents are changed to a 'Pending' status, making it impossible to edit, delete, convert, or copy them. Completion time may vary depending on the number of uploaded documents, but you can check the documents after the conversion process is completed in Welding. Link to attached document Documents written in Welding can be attached to a Test Report. Let's learn how to attach a Test Report or attached document issued through Rocket Service to this document (PQR) or attach a general document. Rocket Service Attachment When conducting NDE, DT, and third-party agency reviews using Rocket Service among the Welding services, test result documents generated for each test will be automatically attached. This attached document can be checked while using Rocket Service, but you can also link the Test Report and the attached document when finalizing the document. Attach PQR Test Report Rocket service application → NDE test completion → DT test completion → PQR writing completion (check attached document) When entering test results in the PQR document before the WPS review (after completing the DT test), you can load and attach the Test Report. The attached file loaded in this way can be checked through the linked document icon after the document is completed or approved. General attachments If you have a Test Report issued from an external source, you can upload the attached document to the relevant area while creating the PQR document.

Approve the document
Document Approval Authorization and Approval Authority There are two types of accounts that use Welding: corporate administrator accounts that are created through membership registration, and user accounts that can only be registered through an administrator's invitation. Each account has different permissions for completing and approving document creation. Division Completed Approval complete Administrator account Possible Possible User Account Possible Impossibility Completion of writing and approval of document If you have entered all the input items for the document, you can proceed to complete the document. If the document is completed, a signature will be entered in Prepared by at the bottom of the document, and the document can be approved through the administrator account. Completed Approval complete Afterwards, when the administrator enters the completed document, the button disappears and changes to the 'Approval Complete' button. Revise the document
Document revision Document revision number For WPS, the revision number is set to “1” when first created, and the number increases sequentially for each subsequent revision. The document revision number can be found under WPS No. in the full list of WPS documents. Alternatively, you can check the current WPS revision number via the Rev. No. in the Info section of the WPS document. You can also check the documents before revision through a separate icon on the top right of the latest revised document, or you can go directly to the document before revision and check the document in question. Revise the document When revising a WPS, the status of the WPS must be 'Approved' or 'Reviewed'. A WPS that is being written or has been written cannot be revised. You can revise a document by clicking on it to enter the document for which you want to revise WPS, and then clicking on the 'Revise' button on the top right. Once the revision is complete, the document will be in the 'Requires Writing' state, and you can modify each area.

Apply for Rocket Service
Rocket Service - WPS Approval WPS Approval is a unique service of Welding that allows you to apply for and receive reports on NDE, DT testing, and third-party agency review in one place before completing PQR. This is a simple service that allows you to complete a completed WPS with a review in just a few clicks through Rocket Service, provided you have the PQR and sample ready. Apply To apply for WPS approval, you need a PQR with Welding Parameters entered. After that, you can select the relevant PQR from the ‘Rocket Service → WPS Approval Application’ menu and continue with the WPS approval application. After selecting the NDE, DT testing company and third-party review agency, you will complete the application. This application will automatically complete the required test items for each test step based on the attached PQR document. You only need to enter basic information such as the applicant's information and the specimen name to complete the application. Basic Input Information Enter the basic information of the requesting company to apply for the WPS approval service. At this time, select the date you wish to receive the WPS approval result. (If not selected, the date 3 weeks after the application date will be automatically selected.) NDE application When filling out the NDE application form , all test items and test quantities are automatically filled in so that you only need to enter the 'Psalm name' . Desired Schedule The date +7 days from the application date is automatically entered. (Cannot be changed) Shipping method Select how you would like to receive your test report issued after the NDE is completed. You can choose to upload it to Welding and print it out directly, or upload it to Welding and have it sent by mail. How to process the psalm This is where you choose how to handle the specimen after the NDE is completed. If you choose 'Forward to Destruction Company', the specimen will be automatically sent to the DT testing company that will be conducting the subsequent test. Request details Fill out the NDE test items. All basic test items are automatically filled in based on the document selected when applying for the service. Check progress (change)
Check progress WPS Approval Application After applying for WPS approval and completing payment, the procedures that Welding must process differ depending on the status, so please first look at the overall process sequence through the table below. Progress Explanation Payment required Situations where payment is required immediately after applying for service Waiting for NDE to arrive The sample you sent has not yet arrived at the NDE company. NDE in progress The psalm has arrived at the NDE facility and is undergoing testing. NDE progress completed NDE test is complete. You can check the report and if the result is rejected, you can retake the test. If the result is accepted, you can change to the next status to proceed with DT. Waiting for DT to arrive The NDE-ended specimen has not yet arrived at the DT testing facility. DT in progress The sample has arrived at the DT company and is undergoing testing. DT progress complete DT test is complete. You can check the report and change it to the next status for re-viewing or agency review. Institutional review in progress NDE, DT test results and PQR have been forwarded to the institutional review agency and are in the process of being reviewed.

Apply for re-examination
Condition Rocket Service WPS/WPQ approval application can be 'retested' depending on the test results. If the test result is rejected, the 'Retest' button will be activated in the progress status and you can check the test results. WPS Retest During WPS approval, there may be cases where you are rejected in the NDE or DT test, or are rejected or require supplementation during a third-party agency review. In this case, you can check the reason for rejection during the service process and supplement the content to reapply for the test or review. 💡 Since the DT test does not have Accept or Reject, you can reapply regardless of the result. 💡 During a third-party review, both NDEs and DTs that passed previously may be rejected or requested to be retested. WPQ Retest WPQ Approval Service, like WPS, may also request Reject or Retest at the NDE, DT testing or institutional review stage. ⚠️ WPQ Approval Service allows you to move to the next stage without having to retake the test. Caution If a retest is required for the WPS/WQP approved service, the retest application will be completed only after payment of the fee set by the institution requesting the retest at each stage of the retest process. In addition, in case of WPQ (WOPQ) approval, you must re-select the WPQT date and the desired test completion date when re-applying, so please double-check that there is no confusion in setting the schedule before applying to facilitate the re-examination process.

New Welder Registration Process (Mobile)
Register mobile information When a welder accesses the URL and QR code issued to register multiple welders, they will be taken to a mobile webpage to complete the membership registration process. Once this registration process is completed, multiple welders can be easily added and managed to Welding. Create a WPQ Plan
Create a WPQ Plan Creation Conditions In order to create a WPQ Plan and create a WPQT Table, you need a WPS document created in Welding. WPS can only be selected if it is ‘Completed’, ‘Approved’, or ‘Reviewed’. Other WPS cannot be selected when creating a WPQ Plan. Please complete all the completion procedures for the WPS you created before attempting to create a WPQ Plan. Create a WPQ Plan A newly created WPQ Plan has two input fields: Info: Enter basic information about the WPQ Plan and WPQT Date information. WPQT Table: Welder information table for skill test In order to create a WPQT Table, welder information must be registered first, and you can enter test coupon information to load a registered welder and conduct a skills test. If a welder is not registered, you can register a welder through the 'Qualified Personnel Management → Welder' menu. 💡 You can check welder information registration ' here '. Caution ⚠️ WPQ Plan is a required document when applying for WPQ approval from Rocket Service . After completing the WPQ Plan, the selected WPQ Plan cannot be modified when applying for WPQ approval, so all welders required for the skill test must be registered in the WPQ Plan before applying for WPQ approval .

Create a WPQ Plan
Welder Information The WPQT Table created in the WPQ Plan is an area where information on the subject of the proficiency test (welder) and the coupon information for the test are entered . To create the WPQT Table, you must add a table row, and in each row, you can enter the welder information and the coupon information for the welder to perform the test. You can add table rows through the 'Add' button at the top right of the WPQT Table input screen . After adding as many rows as you need to input, you can search for welder information using the '+ Enter via Search' button in the Welder area and reflect it in the WPQT Table . Enter coupon information After importing the welder information, you need to enter the welding method and test coupon information that the welder will perform. The information can be selected based on the WPS selected when creating the document. If the desired value is not output, you need to check the information of the selected WPS again . Create WPQ(WOPQ)
Create a new WPQ (WOPQ) To create a new WPQ (WOPQ), go to the 'Qualified Personnel Management → WPQ (WOPQ)' menu and click the '+Create' button to create a new blank document. To create a WPQ (WOPQ) , you need a WPS document created by Welding , and you can create a WPQ (WOPQ) based on a WPS with a WPS document status of 'Writing Complete', 'Approval Complete', or 'Review Complete'. Internal approval In order to approve WPQ(WOPQ), the status of the document that has been completed must be changed to 'Completed'. When the writing is completed, the signature is applied to Prepared by, and when the WPQ(WOPQ) is approved by the administrator account, the signature is applied to Certified by. Please note that approval is not possible for user accounts. WPQ(WOPQ) Validity Period
WPQ(WOPQ) Certification Qualification Approval WPQ(WOPQ) written by Welding can grant qualification to participate in the project through document approval. Qualification approval can be done only by administrator account and can proceed with the approval process regardless of institutional review. WPQ (WOPQ) that has been approved by an administrator account will automatically have a qualification expiration period of 6 months from the date of approval. Expiration date management Approved WPQ (WOPQ) can be checked through the status value in the document list. There are a total of four document status values that can be checked in the WPQ (WOPQ) menu. Verified : The document has been approved by the administrator. Expiring : Qualification expiration date is less than 30 days away Certification Expired : Your qualification has expired Revocation of certification : The administrator has revoked the qualification for the document . Renewal of certification is not possible . You can cancel or extend your qualification by using the function button on the upper right of the WPQ (WOPQ) document with the status of 'Certified', 'Expiring', or 'Certified Expired' . Disqualification You can cancel your WPQ (WOPQ) qualification by checking the information related to WPQ (WOPQ) and selecting the cancellation date. Cancelled qualification cannot be restored or extended . Extension of qualification You can check the information related to WPQ (WOPQ) and extend your qualification in two ways.

Print WPQ(WOPQ) ID card
Print your ID card To print out the WPQ (WOPQ) created in Welding as an ID card to be provided to welders, go to the 'Qualified Personnel Management → WPQ (WOPQ)' menu and click the 'Print ID Card' button to print and manage the desired WPQ (WOPQ). When printing an ID card, you can download it as a PDF or print it directly to a connected printer , and you can print up to 4 ID cards simultaneously on one page. 💡 Direct printing may not be possible depending on the browser. (Recommended browsers: Chrome, Naver Whale) If you have trouble checking the WPQ (WOPQ) No. when printing your ID card, you can check the No. and acceptable range of the WPQ (WOPQ) by using the magnifying glass (🔎) button on the right. ID card printing conditions In order to print an ID card, the document status must be 'Authentication Complete' or higher . Using the library
Library The library's Base Metal, Filler Metal, and Gas contain basic information used when writing documents. This information helps writers easily retrieve information and apply it to documents using a simple search function without having to input each piece of information one by one when writing documents. Most notably, when writing QW-403, QW-404, and QW-408 areas in a WPS document, you can retrieve information registered in the library and apply it to the document. Register a new library If you want to reflect information that is not registered in the Welding Library in your document, you can do so by registering a new library. Newly registered libraries can be searched and immediately reflected in documents when the material requires input. 💡 You cannot add new data during the document creation process without registering it in the library. Reports This is a menu where you can check NDE, DT test results or attached files to each document in one space . When proceeding with Rocket Service's 'WPS Approval Application' and 'WPQ Approval Application' services, you can check all test results provided by NDE and DT companies . All attached files organized in Reports are classified by Serial No. in 'Rocket Service → Ongoing List', so you can search and check the attached documents in the Reports menu based on the Rocket Service application progress number when searching. 💡 WPS, PQR, WPS No. cannot be searched. Understanding Administrator Accounts
What is an administrator account? An administrator account is an account that serves as the administrator of accounts used in a company, and is an account that is granted various additional management functions, including basic document creation functions. Role The administrator account is given three main roles: Corporate Information and License Management Add a user account Document Creation and Approval Corporate Information and License Management The administrator account can modify the business information entered when initially signing up or add additional business-related information . To ensure smooth processing when using paid services, you can register your business registration certificate , bankbook copy , and email information for issuing tax invoices , and you can add business information through corporate authentication. Additionally , purchasing additional license plans and user accounts to use all of Welding's services is only possible with an administrator account. Add a user account You can add user accounts under the administrator account. You can add user accounts or set whether to activate them in the 'My Page → Account Management → Sub Account' menu. You can also add user accounts up to the limit of user accounts activated through license purchase or additional services through the administrator account. Document Creation and Approval

Invite User Account
Add a user account The number of user accounts provided is determined by the license you initially purchased . Since user accounts are not provided when purchasing a 'basic' license, you must add a limit, and even if you purchase a license that includes user accounts by default, if you reach the user account limit, you must purchase an additional product to add user accounts . Add user account limits If your user account limit is full, you can increase your user account limit by purchasing additional services. Adding a limit allows you to invite as many user accounts as you have added. The user account limits that can be purchased as add-ons are 2 and 9 . Invite User Account Once you have added account limits, you can now invite user accounts. User accounts cannot be added through the sign-up process, and can only be registered and signed up using an invitation email sent by the administrator account . After you enter the email address, name, and contact information to register for your user account and save it, a membership registration guide email will be sent to the email account. Afterwards, if the user proceeds with membership registration through the email address sent, the user account will be added normally. User Account Management If you have added a user account, you can activate the account with an administrator account to use Welding. If it is not activated, the account cannot use the Welding service. If the user does not accept the invitation email sent to add a user account, the account cannot be activated with an administrator account. If you need to suspend a user account, simply deactivate the license and the account will no longer be able to log in, and the number of user accounts that can be activated will be limited to the number of user accounts that have been suspended.

Understanding User Accounts
What is a user account? A user account is an account that is registered by receiving an invitation email from an administrator account, rather than a general membership registration . User accounts invited by an administrator are assigned to a subordinate position in the administrator's organization and can share document work. When you sign up by following the instructions in the invitation email sent from the administrator account, you will automatically become a member under the administrator account . Roles and Permissions User accounts can use all of Welding's features. However, there are some differences from administrator accounts, such as unique information and payment. Please refer to the table below for the differences between user account roles and administrator accounts. Account Initialization
Common You can manage the signature (signature) to be reflected when completing a document through 'My Page → Account Management → Additional Information Management' . The signature is reflected in the document upon completion and approval of the document, so you must change it to your own signature (signature). A temporary signature (signature) is created and applied based on the name entered in the account when you first signed up, so it may be difficult to use when actually creating a document. When registering a signature, it is recommended to upload jpg, jpeg, or png file formats. If you do not replace the signature, the temporary signature will be reflected immediately in the document when the document is completed, so please be sure to change it. Setting up an administrator account After registering as an administrator, you can improve the completeness of your work documents by setting basic settings. You can check your account settings in 'My Page → Account Management' . Corporate information can only be set with an administrator account , and the corporate information set will be applied to user accounts as well , so you must enter it accurately. There are two types of corporate information set in Welding. Company Basic Information Company Logo (CI) Company Basic Information After logging into the administrator account, you must go to 'My Page → Account Management → Information Management → Additional Information' to set up verification of the corporate information you entered when signing up. In this menu, you can register your business registration certificate and bankbook copy , enter the email address for issuing tax invoices , and authenticate your business information through the 'Business Verification' button. We recommend uploading jpg, jpeg, png, and pdf files for your business registration certificate and bankbook copy. 💡 When requesting a receipt (tax invoice), you must register basic corporate information. License Type
License License Type When the 14-day free version provided upon initial membership registration expires, you must purchase a license to use the service normally. There are three types of licenses, and the price varies depending on the usage period of each license. There is no refund if you cancel midway. However, you can use the remaining period as is. License Configuration Welding's license provides all features as standard except for the period of use and the number of user accounts provided. License Expiration
License Period Extension Welding consists of licenses that can be used freely for 6 months and 12 months. If the license period expires, you can extend the active period of the administrator and user accounts by extending the license . You can check your license expiration date on the dashboard that appears when you first log in to Welding. To extend the expiration date, log in with your administrator account, then select the license you wish to purchase through the 'My Page → Account Management → Plan Product Management → Plan Product' menu and make payment. Document retention period upon license expiration If the license is not renewed, you can log in, but both the administrator and user accounts will lose access to documents created by that account. In this case, you will not be able to check previously created documents or create new documents. When the license period expires, you can extend the period by logging in with an administrator account and paying for an additional license as in the 'License Period Extension' method in the above item. Even if the license period expires, all previously written documents will be preserved when paying for an additional license, so you can check and manage them again.

Receipt (tax invoice)
Request for issuance of receipt (tax invoice) When using the Welding service , you can request a receipt (tax invoice) for payment items based on the month in which the payment occurred . Registering receipt (tax invoice) information Before requesting a receipt (tax invoice) issuance, you can register the company-related information requesting the receipt in advance through the administrator account and request the receipt (tax invoice) more quickly. After logging in with an administrator account, go to the 'My Page → Account Management → Information Management → Additional Information' menu and register your business registration certificate, bankbook copy, and tax invoice email . If the information related to issuing tax invoices (business registration certificate, tax invoice email) is not properly registered, issuing the requested receipt (tax invoice) may be delayed, so uploading the correct file is required. Request for issuance If you have registered information related to issuing receipts (tax invoices), you can apply for issuing receipts (tax invoices) for previous payments. After logging in with an administrator account, you can request issuing receipts (tax invoices) through the 1:1 inquiry function in 'My Page → Inquiry' . Please request a receipt (tax invoice) along with information about the service used and the depositor's information (company name) . Service usage details: WPS approval, adding user account, etc. Depositor Information: ONJ Co., Ltd. (Welding Bank) Payment amount: 300,000 won 💡 Tax invoices cannot be issued for card payment details . For details of payments made by credit card (corporate card), you must report value-added tax using a credit card sales receipt . (Article 57 of the Enforcement Decree of the Value-Added Tax Act) 💡 Tax invoices can only be issued by the 10th of the following month from the date of payment completion . (Article 54 of the Value Added Tax Act) 💡 If there is no separate request for issuance of a tax invoice, a cash receipt will be issued voluntarily. When requesting issuance of a tax invoice, the relevant information must be registered in the administrator account and the issuance request must be made before the end of the month. 💡 Tax invoices can only be issued for orders where payment has been completed, and are issued only for the actual payment amount. (The discount amount is excluded from the tax invoice amount)
