    Description
    The Reliability User Research team is highly collaborative with many cross-functional partners. We support all hardware and work alongside multiple engineering groups. You will be designing user studies with the intent to collect highly technical information relating to the durability of our products. You must be comfortable using instrumented hardware to collect data in novel ways while keeping human factors in mind to capture natural user behavior. Research methods will utilize a combination of remote and in-person user studies, survey distribution, and lab experiments. You will need to provide visually-focused, clear and concise analytical feedback, informed by experimental data, statistics, and data from 3rd party sources.
    An ideal candidate can consistently demonstrate patience, even under stressful circumstances, has excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people, and is capable of utilizing creativity, common sense, and technical skills to answer complex problems. This is a fast-paced, hands-on work environment where you are expected to be self-motivated and able to multitask. Study results can be reviewed at an executive level and have an impact on the final design of future products.
    Education & Experience
    B.S in either a human centered research field such as human factors, biomechanics, neuroscience, or experimental psychology, or an engineering degree in physics, mechanical engineering, materials science, or biomedical engineering.
