ChiYoung Oh is founder and CDO(Chief Dream Officer) of JiranSoft. Since the founding of JiranSoft in 1994, he has been an entrepreneur, business operator, and investor.
Over the past 29 years, JiranSoft has grown into a company with 29 subsidiaries in Korea. In 2019, JiranSoft achieved annual sales of 100 billion won, and aims to achieve monthly sales of 100 billion won with SaaS in 2030.
Jiransoft received many commendations such as the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy commendation in 2002, Minister of Knowledge Economy Commendation in 2009, Prime minister’s commendation in 2010, and Presidential commendation in 2014, to be recognized as the best B2B SaaS & Security company in Korea.
ChiYoung Oh’s interest in entering the global market leads him to successfully enter the Japanese market and achieved annual sales of 10 billion won in Currently, there are 5 subsidiaries in Japan, which are the stepping stones of “Japan to global” strategy to expand business from the Japanese market to the Asian and American markets.
As a Chief Dream Officer, he values and believes in people’s dream and support them to keep going to achieve their dreams. He is currently a partner of Primer to share the know-how with juniors and has invested in more than 20 startups.
ChiYoung Oh received a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Computer Science at ChungNam National University in Korea and has a history of working as a member of Samsung Electronics’ software.
오치영 CDO(Chief Dream Offices)는 JiranSoft의 설립자이다. 1994년 창업 이후 그는 현재까지 창업가, 사업가, 투자자 로 활동하고 있다.

2002년 산업자원부장관 표창, 2009년 지식경제부장관 표창, 2010년 국무총리 표창, 2014년 대통령 표창을 수상해 명실공히 대한민국 B2B SaaS & Security 분야를 대표하는 기업으로 자리매김했다.
글로벌 진출에 관심이 많아 일본 시장에서의 가능성을 확인하고 적극적으로 진출했으며 2019년 연 매출 100억을 달성하는 성과를 보였다. 현재는 “Japan To Global” 전략으로 일본 내 5개의 계열사를 가지고 있으며 일본을 시작으 로 아시아, 미주시장으로의 진출을 목표하고 있다.

한국의 충남대학교 전산학과에서 학사학위를 받았으며 이후 삼성전자 소프트웨어 멤버십으로 활동한 이력도 보 유하고 있다.
