Dongwook Kim is a software engineer at Rapid7, focusing on the advancement of InsightCloudSec, a Cloud Security Posture Management Solution. He is committed to developing a solution that grows and scales with the user, providing automation and visibility of the user's security posture. Dongwook graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Cognitive Science, and minors in Computer Science and Music. His biggest passion lies in ideation and product advancement steps in a POC (Proof of Concept), where he pitches multiple theoretical solutions to a given problem and defines a roadmap from a POC to a full solution. In his spare time, Dongwook works on passion projects such as game development.
