✅ Speaker Introduction
Woo Mi Young
I began my career at an IT startup and have worked in the IT industry for a long time. I led business organizations at numerous IT companies, including Citrix, Dell, and Microsoft. In 2022, I resigned as CEO of Adobe Korea and started my second career as an instructor and coach. I believe that an organization achieves its best performance when individual growth aligns with organizational goals, and I teach while contemplating how organizational growth and the growth of its members can go hand in hand. I have authored two books, " Working with Trust in Myself" (2020) and " Leaders Are Always Right" (2024), and since 2020, I have been coaching struggling office workers on the YouTube channel " Adult Friend ."
Baek Jong-hwa

I am an author who has published numerous leadership books , including *This Is How Team Leaders Work These Days *, * Feedback Over Evaluation * , and *One-on- One*, as well as a content producer who shares leadership insights daily on LinkedIn and Facebook.
✅ About us
SLIT: A community of IT industry leaders growing together
SLIT was a small gathering of six people who started out with the need for networking and growth as team leaders during the ups and downs of their first-ever team leader position at an IT startup. It's a little embarrassing, but it's an abbreviation for Start-up Lead IT (haha). We met online every Sunday to reflect on the week, and met offline once a month to do case studies on the difficulties we faced as team leaders.
I thought it would be nice to spend the first half of 2024 like that and create a place where I can network with IT industry rookie team leaders like us in the second half. As we studied and shared our experiences, it gave me an opportunity to think about whether I was doing well and what I could improve on :)
I hope this SLIT-CON will be a great opportunity to meet fellow rookie team leaders who can grow together. Thank you!
