Automatically Collected Information

The Service may collect information automatically generated during the user's use of the Service or business processing, such as OS type and version, access logs, advertising identifiers, and device information. Information Required for Service Usage

The Service requires access to the device's camera and photo library to provide core image transformation features. This access is used only for taking photos and selecting/saving images related to the Service's functionality. The Service may also collect minimal personal information, such as email addresses, during the process of receiving user inquiries to understand and respond to customer inquiries for the purpose of providing better service experiences. Additionally, customers may transmit error data generated during the use of the Service to the Service for more accurate error diagnosis. However, this is not mandatory for the Service, and the Service will not use such personal information for purposes other than those specified in this clause.

Information Used for AI Processing

The Service uses OpenAI's API to process images and generate enhanced prompts for better image transformation results. When you use our AI image transformation features, the images and related prompts you provide may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy and terms of use. OpenAI may use the content you submit to improve their models, but they do not use it to identify individuals. 3 Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, the Service will promptly discard the user's personal information once the purpose of collecting and using the personal information has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain the information in accordance with related laws such as the "Act on Protection of Communications Secrets," it will be retained for that period. In this case, the retained information will only be used for the purpose of retention.

4 Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

In principle, personal information will be promptly destroyed after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Specific destruction procedures and methods are as follows:

6 User Rights and Obligations

This Policy may be translated and provided in English, Japanese, etc., and in case of any discrepancies between the translated versions and this Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail.
