By downloading or using Momenlapse ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
2. License and Intellectual Property

License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Ownership: The Application, including its code, unique UI/UX design, visual interfaces, graphics, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of Sulki Choi ("Service Provider").

Protection: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or "clone" the Application's design or functionality. Unauthorized reproduction of the Application's aesthetic or technical structure is strictly prohibited.
3. User Content and Data Responsibility

Ownership: We do not claim ownership of the photos or videos you create. They remain your property and are stored locally on your device. While visual content is stored locally, certain non-personally identifiable usage data (such as feature settings and performance logs) may be collected to improve service quality as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
•
Data Loss: Since Momenlapse is a local-storage-based tool, you are solely responsible for backing up your content. The Service Provider is not liable for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device damage, or OS updates.
4. User Feedback
If you provide any suggestions, bug reports, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant the Service Provider a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use and incorporate such Feedback into the Application without any obligation or compensation to you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
•
Use the Application for any illegal purposes.
•
Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Fees and Payments (Future-Proofing)
The Application is currently provided for free. However, we reserve the right to introduce premium features ("Pro Version") or subscription models in the future. All transactions will be handled through the Apple App Store.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States (or your primary business location), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
