Hello. This is Mint Bear.
At the [2025 AI Era Human Intelligence Conference] where I participated as a speaker this time,
We talked about the completely transformed film business and the immense freedom given to creators, the importance of connected workflows across multiple AI tools, and the predictability that our choices open up in uncertain times.
We talked about the completely transformed film business and the immense freedom given to creators, the importance of connected workflows across multiple AI tools, and the predictability that our choices open up in uncertain times.
01. AI Film Business
The first topic was about the movie business that AI is changing . This is a huge trend that is appearing in almost every field, even without explaining it. The movies I am talking about are just the material, but the change is being implemented in almost every field you are involved in.
In the traditional film production process, a large number of specialized personnel, operating capital, and systems were required for everything from scenarios to editing, video, sound, and special effects. However, in the AI era, more creative and unrestricted content production is already possible at low cost and with a small workforce.

Using AI in video production: AI is involved in almost every production process, from story conception, script writing, character design, set construction, to actor performance, filming, and editing, expanding the scope of creation.

Filmmaking made possible by small teams: With just a few key people and AI tools, you can accomplish tasks that used to require large teams. The production team for Mateo, the winner of the AI International Film Festival, was made by five people.

Freedom from Capital: On-location in Mexico, casting and directing attractive actors, no need for airline tickets, contracts or complicated permits for dangerous explosion scenes or dynamic drone shots. All shooting was done with a few prompts.

Freedom for creators: AI handles repetitive and technical tasks, while humans focus on creative and emotional tasks to arrive at completely new results. This opens up completely new opportunities for countless creators who are quickly entering the market.
02. AI Work Flow
The second topic was about the appropriate use of AI tools . Rather than focusing on one AI tool, I mentioned the importance of selecting and focusing on the pros and cons of each tool, as well as the workflow that connects them as one.

Choosing the right AI tool: AI tools have different strengths and appeals, so it requires know-how to choose the right tool depending on the purpose and use.

Importance of Connected AI Workflows: You can create more by connecting multiple tools more effectively than a single technology. It is important to build a well-connected workflow of multiple AI tools.

AI Film Business: An effective AI workflow will form the AI film production process , which itself will become the most important AI film business system in the future.

AI technology is already on the outskirts of business insights of the past.
03. Human Contents
Finally, I'd like to talk about content and selection .

AI Content: The time will soon come when AI will plan and produce videos on its own, but humans will not stop their unique creative activities. That is, as long as humans exist.

Human Content: The tools are ready, now it's time for humanity to express itself. We've been given ample freedom to create.

Personal Content: We’ve once again proven that AI personal content creation is easy and within reach of anyone.

Choice is prediction: In uncertain times, I suggest choosing and executing rather than hesitating. Predicting the future is difficult, but my choice becomes a new opportunity and the future. I emphasized that choice is prediction.
AI PARTNER & Human Choice
AI is more than just a tool; it is a companion to creation. We must open new doors as creators, selectors, and executors in this era. Mintbear believes that technological advancements do not replace human emotion and creativity, but rather can be tools that make them shine even brighter.
Nothing has been decided. Now it's our turn.
I'm really looking forward to what we'll choose in this new wave of AI and what we'll create in 2025. And we'll meet.
