In the productivity software market that LilysAI belongs to, there have been many companies that have become unicorns with little capital and small teams, such as Notion and 37signals.
In this era of rapid advancement in artificial intelligence, companies that become unicorns with teams several times smaller than that will emerge. In fact, artificial intelligence companies such as Cursor AI, Perplexity, and Midjourney are growing rapidly with very small teams.
Our team also aims to manage a business that grows by creating high sales per person from the beginning rather than relying on investment . A team with high sales per person can also share more fruits with excellent talent.
Jobs will be integrated, and the ability to ‘provide what people want’ will become important.
With the advancement of artificial intelligence, the scope of development that a single engineer can handle will greatly expand, and development technology will be recognized like Excel.
Just as we don’t worry, “Can I write JavaScript without understanding assembly?” our team doesn’t worry, “Will I become dumb if I use too much AI?” Throughout history, as technology has advanced and replaced intellectual tasks, humans have always gotten smarter.
The most important thing that doesn't change is the ability to provide what people want . In order to develop and maintain competitiveness in the future, I think I should work at a company that can develop the ability to read people's minds and turn them into good products, rather than developing minor skills as an engineer.
All of our 'product engineers' work full-stack . And we're thinking about how to delegate more of our work to AI. Instead, we focus on meeting users directly, looking at statistics, planning products, and creating business outcomes.

Onboarding Program
When you first join the team, you won't be writing code for a week. Instead, you'll spend time meeting users, using different products, and deeply understanding and immersing yourself in the problem.
The biggest goal of my onboarding program is to find a problem that I want to immerse myself in and solve.

You can experience the entire process from goal setting, user interviews, feature design, to post-distribution statistical analysis, and feel firsthand what value the product you created provides to users.
