Beyond Scores.
Beyond Admissions.
Building Futures.
Hello.
I am Jaye Han, representative of Jaye's Ivy Institute.
Education is not simply about raising test scores. College acceptance is also not the end.
I believe that true education is a process that helps students discover their potential and design a greater future.
Having experienced both the Korean and American education systems, I have observed the strengths and differences between them more closely than anyone else. The outstanding diligence and academic capabilities of Korean students are among the best in the world. However, top U.S. universities seek students who think, ask questions, and can logically express their thoughts, rather than those who simply study hard.
So, Jaye's Ivy Institute chose a different path from typical test preparation institutions.
We do not separate U.S. college admissions strategies from SAT and ACT education.
We start by designing the plan together with the student, beginning with why they are aiming for this university and what major and future they envision. Then, we develop the most effective SAT and ACT strategies to achieve those goals.
My class is not just about listening to lectures.
Students constantly ask questions, explain, and discuss.
We compare various approaches to a single problem and analyze why certain answers are correct or incorrect, as well as what the test creator intended to evaluate.
YouTube can convey knowledge, and AI can solve problems.
However, observing a student's thought process, expanding their thinking through questions, and guiding them to find the answers on their own is an education that only humans can provide.
True skills are built right in that process.
This interactive discussion-based learning is an educational approach actually seen more frequently in prestigious private schools in the United States than in general public schools. I have continuously researched and developed this learning method not only through my classes with students but also through the education of my own children, and it has become the core educational philosophy of Jaye's Ivy Institute today.
I do not simply teach the SAT and ACT to students.
We help students develop the critical thinking skills and confidence to compete at top U.S. universities and design their own futures.
The score is not the goal.
The score is the key to unlocking greater possibilities.
And making that possibility a reality is the mission of Jaye's Ivy Institute.
We will be your most reliable educational partner, helping your children grow into talented individuals who achieve their dreams, going beyond simply gaining admission to a good university.
Thank you
