What is a skewer coach?
Everyone has the potential to grow. From junior to senior, team leader to executive, I support you to realize your goals and achieve your dreams. The Skewer Coach helps you realize your potential, set goals, and ultimately achieve those goals. Rather than theories and abstract and idealistic stories, I aim to talk about more fundamental methods and practical solutions.
We can provide practical help, especially to those pursuing careers in IT, marketing, and product fields.
Originally, I was providing counseling and assistance through personal introductions, but recently, I created this application page due to the support of many friends who told me to try this as a service. I named it this way because I thought the way I listen to their concerns, suggest solutions, and connect each story while thinking about it with sincerity is like making skewers.
Who are you?
Hello. My name is Haebom. I started my career in digital marketing and have gained diverse experience as a development PM and product manager for 10 years.
I have worked in digital marketing, business development, and project management at various organizations including Reckitt Beckinger, Nexon Korea, and Hanwha Financial Group, and most recently worked as a product manager at Kakao Brain.
In my career journey over the past 10 years, I have had numerous trials and errors and concerns, but thanks to the advice of good mentors, I was able to overcome the difficulties and grow. Based on what I have learned in the process, I have been providing consultation and advice to those around me, and now I want to develop it into a more systematic coaching service.

How does it work?
Basically, it will be conducted offline and will be held near Pangyo Station (Shinbundang Line). The location will not change unless there is a major issue.
If you fill out the application form, I will contact you one-on-one to provide coaching over a meal or coffee. I will cover the cost of the meal and dessert.
Coaching is conducted twice a month for a total of 3 months, and each session takes about 2 to 3 hours. Online coaching using Zoom, etc. is also available as needed.
We will write and share documents based on the conversations we had during coaching, and provide additional materials and advice through the Kakao Channel.
