The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally changing the roles of knowledge workers and entrepreneurs. I’m hopeful for the arrival of an era where AI Project Managers orchestrate collaboration between AI and people in a world where both work side by side. (I have no doubt that, just like DevOps and MLOps, areas like AIOps and HAII will draw attention.)

The entry of AI into traditional knowledge work is changing how work is done. By automating simple, repetitive tasks, AI gives knowledge workers the chance to focus on more creative and strategic work. Now, knowledge workers must bring out the unique creativity and ingenuity that only humans can provide—things AI cannot replicate. It's become crucial to leverage AI in data analysis, problem solving, and customer relationship management to create greater value.
Software Development: Redefining Roles
AI is having a major impact in software development as well. The advancement of AI technology is pushing developers to focus on tackling more complex and creative problems. This means that developers should concentrate on creating innovative solutions in collaboration with AI. Being able to understand and use AI interactions effectively has become essential for today’s developers. Development skills are becoming standardized, and a lot of programming tasks can now be completed rapidly.
Aspiring Entrepreneurs: New Business Opportunities with AI

AI now enables software-based startups to respond quickly to the market and adopt more flexible strategies. All the more reason to find new value through strategic approaches.

This translates to server manufacturers having put over 300,000 H100 GPUs on assembly lines, based on an assumed weight of about 3kg per GPU (including heatsink). This analysis takes into account shifts in data center investment priorities and a rising demand for servers equipped with eight GPUs for AI processing tasks.
